Large open plan house on split levels. Kitchen and family room lead to a large wooden deck with two tables that seat 10 for al fresco dining. A new Weber BBQ is available. Formal dining and formal living rooms comfortably seat 8-10 people. Sky TV available in family room, living room, bar and master bedroom. For entertaining there is a bar with fridge and sink and a dart board. The five spacious bedrooms are on a separate wing of the house. A two car garage is attached.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linens are included. Change service will be each week.

Spectacular home and grounds

5+++ stars - Having rented multiple properties before, this one far exceeds any that we have stayed in. The layout, spaciousness, and comfort, with a dream kitchen for any level of chef, was extraordinary. As wonderful as the home was inside, the surroundings and the immediate gardens were equally beautiful with plenty of space to enjoy walks and see lots of bird species and wildlife. The house is immaculately maintained, well stocked with all the essentials to feel at home, with wonderful comfortable bedrooms and baths. The owner is very easy to work with and the property managers very helpful and accommodating. No one in our group wanted to leave!!! Would highly recommend this property and would rent again in a minute.

Excellent holiday

By far this is the best cottage we have ever stayed in. Everything in the cottage is well thought and tasteful. We three families stayed in the cottage comfortably and our kids enjoyed playing in the vast gardens. Thoroughly recommend this for an enjoyable holiday.

Lovely house, great location

Me and my family spent a fantastic and memorable week in this lovely and spacious house. It´s all and more than we expected. Location was great for nice day-trips to Edinburgh, St Andrews etc. There is a lots to see in the area and many golf courses in the short distance.

The house was beautiful, clean and well-equipped and the garden was amazing and very well-maintained.

Special thanks to the owner and the house manager, who were both extremely nice and helpful.

I can warmly recommend this house to anyone who appreciate beautiful and peaceful holiday setting in a lovely scottish countryside.

Spectacular Home

This rural home in a park-like setting is modern, spacious, very comfortable and has a great kitchen. Nine of us were very comfortable in the 5 bedrooms. The airport at Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and St. Andrews are all about 1 hour away. The bird watchers in our group enjoyed number of birds on the property. Twice deer meandered through the property to our delight. The managers were extremely helpful. Thank you for everything. The small town of Dollar is nearby with just about all you might need. Nine thumbs up!

Very impressed firstly with the owner, very easy to deal with, the two people who look after the house are very nice and they will help you with anything you need. This is the best property I have ever stayed in, well equipped and the bar is fantastic!! All mod cons with speakers in every room!! The layout of the house is unbelievable!! Thanks again for a great stay see you next year!!!
