Large open plan house on split levels. Kitchen and family room lead to a large wooden deck with two tables that seat 10 for al fresco dining. A new Weber BBQ is available. Formal dining and formal living rooms comfortably seat 8-10 people. Sky TV available in family room, living room, bar and master bedroom. For entertaining there is a bar with fridge and sink and a dart board. The five spacious bedrooms are on a separate wing of the house. A two car garage is attached.

Excellent property - save yourself a lot of surfing and just book it!

We have just returned from a weeks stay and have say that the photos and description on the listing simply do not do the house and gardens justice.

We travelled as two families with 4 adults and 5 children aged from 3-12 and the house was so spacious we were constantly looking for one other.

The house was very well fitted out with a number of comfortable seating areas which included large plasma screens, all with Sky TV, as well as an entertainment room with full bar facilities incl. fridge, ice machine & dart board. The spacious kitchen included a large fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, double ovens and gas hobs, 2 sinks and a dishwasher as well as all the usual accoutrements.

Gardens were very well maintained and provided the perfect backdrop for our Easter egg hunt. The paths through the mature trees and shrubs were lined with spring flowers and other new plants.

The location, just outside Dollar, provided an excellent base for travelling to Stirling, Perth and Edinburgh as well as the Safari Park.

In summary it is a great house we would thoroughly recommend you spend some time in and will definitely not regret booking...

Fantastic property, well equipped, very comfortable

It was everything we hoped for. Three families with sufficient space to have quiet time or family time as required. Our toddler loved exploring everywhere.

A good place to explore the area. Visited the aquarium, Blair Drummond Safari Park, Stirling, Wàllace Monument, St Andrews (ice cream a must), Falkirk and enjoyed several walks in the countryside.

Staff very helpful and accommodating.

All in all we couldn't have asked for more.

Spectacular home and grounds

5+++ stars - Having rented multiple properties before, this one far exceeds any that we have stayed in. The layout, spaciousness, and comfort, with a dream kitchen for any level of chef, was extraordinary. As wonderful as the home was inside, the surroundings and the immediate gardens were equally beautiful with plenty of space to enjoy walks and see lots of bird species and wildlife. The house is immaculately maintained, well stocked with all the essentials to feel at home, with wonderful comfortable bedrooms and baths. The owner is very easy to work with and the property managers very helpful and accommodating. No one in our group wanted to leave!!! Would highly recommend this property and would rent again in a minute.

Excellent holiday

By far this is the best cottage we have ever stayed in. Everything in the cottage is well thought and tasteful. We three families stayed in the cottage comfortably and our kids enjoyed playing in the vast gardens. Thoroughly recommend this for an enjoyable holiday.
