1 bedroom Garden Flat near Hale village, Cheshire, newly renovated and spacious
Modern one-bedroom, lower garden flat in beautiful Edwardian home, just two minutes walk from buzzing Hale village with its upmarket shops, restaurants and railway station. It is just a ten-minute drive from Manchester Airport and M56. There are two private entrances which opens out onto a beautiful landscaped garden, which is shared with the owners, who live in the rest of the house. There is WIFI throughout the flat which is bright, airy and spacious. The kitchen includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a wide flat screen TV.
Hale is close to almost anywhere in Manchester with its good motorway links. The property is situated just outside the village in a quiet residential area. Sorry, although we have a lovely labrador and are dog friendly, for the purpose of those who might be allergic, we do not accept dogs.

Good place in a really (!) nice area
About the Owner
We are a professional couple who live in the rest of the house. We have lived here for 22 years and have enjoyed restoring our home to its former glory with the addition of modern day comforts. Having raised our family, we have decided not to downsize as we love the area and proximity of the village but to share our lovely home with others who are visiting the area.

Good place in a really (!) nice area
We stayed for 5 weeks - the owners were great and very helpful - no favour we asked for was too much. The apartment was well maintained and of the highest standard, for this price segment, with a fully (!) equipped kitchen and a really neat bathroom. This place will be certainly the choice for our next stay in Manchester.
Stayed for 6 wks while visiting family. The property is spacious with all facillities you will need. Great location 1 min to beautiful Hale village also close to airport,train station. The owners were wonderful nothing was too much to ask for and made sure we were very comfortable.would definately recommend and hope to stay next time we are back in Manchester.
Wonderful property with great owners
The property was fantastic and in a beautiful home right outside of Hale, and was clean and well-maintained. The inside was incredibly nice, and very easily supported me living there. I stayed for a month and was very comfortable, and very much enjoyed myself. The kitchen is fully equipped and the flat is separate from the rest of the house, giving it a nice amount of privacy. The property was very convenient being only a short walk from the village itself and the train station, which offered links to Manchester.
On top of that, the owners (Annette and Pete) were incredibly kind and helpful, and did everything they could to welcome me to the country and make my stay as comfortable as possible. They even gave me a ride with all of my luggage when I moved into my new flat at the end of my stay.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the greater Manchester area.
Top place for two people close to Hale
The apartment is much larger than appears in the photographs, is well decorated and furnished throughout and is ideally suited for two visitors. The kitchen has everything you need including a microwave, washing machine and drier. There are a few stairs down into the apartment and our first impression was that the apartment felt a little cold. However, Annette and Peter, who were ideal hosts, were quick to explain that although the central heating had been turned off in the house they would turn it back on if we felt the need. This was not necessary as there was a heater in the lounge which soon warmed the apartment.
The garden is beautiful and a swing chair is ideal for an evening aperitif.
Hale village is two minutes walk away with cafe's, small supermarkets and banks close to hand.
The M56 and airport are only a short distance away.
Parking is on the road and you may not be able to park directly outside the property but this is not a problem.

“We are close to the Peak District, Derbyshire, North Wales and the Lake District. 20 minutes drive into Manchester city centre, with its theatres, shops, music venues and football. 5 mins walk to train station in Hale or 15 mins. walk to Metro station in Altrincham for trains to Manchester and the rest of the UK. 10 mins. drive to Manchester International Airport with flights to all major European cities, North America, Asia and Australasia. Despite being close to all amenities and a vibrant night life, we live in a very quiet location.”

There are 3 supermarkets in the village within 3 minutes walk from the property. It is not uncommon to see a Manchester footballer or other local celebrity in the village. We are within easy access to Manchester United football ground and the Universities of Manchester and Manchester city centre by public transport.
