New upmarket 2 bedroom holiday apartment with swimming pool in the beautiful town of Calpe. Sleeps up to 6 people. 8th floor accessible via a glass sided lift. Apartment 70 sq m plus 20 sq m terrace with stunning views of the sea , the salt lake, town and mountains. Quiet and peaceful yet near to everything: 300 m from La Fossa Beach(5 mins walk) near 3 big supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bus stop and tourist train. Gym and Spa facilities are available at the nearby Diamante Beach Hotel. The multi-denominational Church is nearby. You don't even need a car as the coach transfer from Alicante Airport stops 3 minutes walk away, although we have an allocated parking space under the apartment block.

Great, Confortable and very well situed

L'appartement est très confortable (surtout la literie et le canapé). l'ai conditionné permet de bien récupérer la nuit. Au 8° étage , il n'y a pas un bruit et la vue est magnifique sur le rocher et sur la mer.

De plus, l'appartement est super bien décoré ce qui change du basique des locations espagnoles. La propriétaire russe a très bon gout.

La piscine est grande et permet de nager sur une bonne longueur. Elle est très bien orienté avec du soleil du matin jusqu'à 19h et évidemment elle garde la chaleur. ideal pour le matin et le soir après la plage Une pelouse bien entretenu permet aux enfants de jouer et de bronzer.

La plage et le paseo sont a 10 minutes a pied, et 5 minutes pour 2 super marché. Idéalement placé , on peut se garer facilement en dehors du parking souterrain. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et accessible . Une petite réparation a été effectuée dans la journée. Nous avons été accueilli avec une corbeille de fruit et du vin rosée. Les propriétaires répondent a vos questions dans la journée. Que dire c'est parfait. Ma meilleur location en Espagne depuis longtemps. Allez , pour finir parce que vous allez croire que je suis de mèche avec le proprio : une petite table serait nécessaire dans la cuisine, les ascenseurs sont quelques fois un peu lent. Je reviendrais évidemment

Superb Apartment

Prior to arriving the booking process was simple and quick with swift responses to any queries, Nick and Irina were very accommodating with a late request to the overall numbers in our party.

On arrival we were met by Nick who was extremely welcoming and shown around the apartment, the welcome pack was appreciated especially the Cava.

Throughout our stay the apartment was very comfortable and styled in a very modern way. The beds were extremely comfortable and the online and on demand television was an added extra. The apartment was very well furnished with some excellent decorative touches throughout.

All our needs were catered for with very good kitchen facilities and equipment and all needs were considered.

The pool area and gardens were well maintained and there is a secure car parking space available although we didn’t use it as there is ample space available directly outside the apartment.

All in all an excellent property, which was very comfortable and welcoming.

100% excellent accomodation and welcome

You cannot wish for more from the host and the apartment. From the welcome, flexibility, accommodation, facilities and the added little touches that made our break outstanding.

The apartment is ideally located for all amenities and especially the beach and promenade. The furnishings our fantastic with plenty of space for eating inside or outside on the balcony. We loved eating alfresco and enjoying the amazing views. The beds are all very comfortable with memory foam type mattresses and the fact that bedding, towels and beach towels were included saved a lot of hassle.

Nick was great meeting us and showing us around and then arriving early as we had an early flight to help us out with our bags and refund the deposit as agreed.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxed, comfy, modern yet affordable stay.

It well deserves 5 stars and 100%.... a big thanks for the Prosecco, water, milk, juice, tea, coffee etc etc thanks Jill, Geraldine and Val x .

Superb Apartment

Had a fantastic 2 week holiday in this superb apartment. Everything about the apartment is excellent it is in a good position and very well equipped. Supermarkets are virtually on the doorstep and it is a short stroll to the beach, promenade, shops bars and restaurants. The pool is also good and is a very good size. The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would recommend this apartment to anyone. We will certainly be booking again in the future.

Beautiful flat

We stayed here with our young daughter and some friends in May. Brilliant location as close (walking distance) to beach, bars and restaurants. Lovely pool too with plenty of outside space to sunbathe. The flat is lovely and clean and beautifully decorated. There's a washing machine and dishwasher if needed which was really useful with a young child. The owners are friendly and we had a lovely box of biscuits waiting for us on our arrival. We hired a car so we're able to go to water/animal parks in Benidorm as only a 35/40 minute drive, and there's plenty of parking at the flat. Would definitely recommend this flat to others 😀

Great Apartment and Wonderful Hospitality

A bit of a last minute vacation and stumbled upon this great property. Smashing location and accessible to every part of the town of Calpe including beaches, stores, restaurants -the entire experience was helped considerably by the advice and assistance of the hosts. From communications confirming the reservation right through to meeting us with the keys on (a late) arrival - they were exceptional.

The apartment was immaculate and had everything you could need. The terrace was very pleasant even on an October evening!

Calpe is a great town with an added bonus of only a short drive to Valencia which is very worthwhile trip.

Coast/Beach:

300 metres or 5 minute walk to sandy beach

Travel:

Alicante Airport is 80 kilometres (50 miles) . Car hire is not essential but recommended if you want to explore the area.

Distances:

Natural Park( Rock of Ifach ) 20 mins walk. Ecological walk 10 mins away, Calpe Old Town half an hour walk.

Guadalest, Water falls of Algar, Cactuslandia,Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Aqualandia and Terra Natura all within short driving distance.

Further Details:

Three Supermarkets,numerous bars and restaurants, water sports all within 5 minutes walk.
