2 Leeze holiday home was completed in 2013 to an exceptionally high standard. The property is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac close to local amenities in Carbis Bay. A 3 bedroomed property served by 2 bathrooms, a downstairs toilet, a Utility room, lounge, kitchen dinner and connecting hallway. The main family bathroom includes a shower over bath, ideal for soaking after a long day on the beach. The lounge opens out onto the garden via French Double doors and if the weather is playing ball or you just fancy a lazy evening in there is a large wall mounted Television with HDMI connectors and a DVD player.

2 Leeze is approached over a paved drive way providing off road parking and the rear garden is fully fenced and private making it ideal for families with young children or dogs.

Perfectly located a stone’s throw off the main road between St Ives and Carbis Bay you have the choice of all the towns beaches which are all within easy walking distance, as is the town centre.

The local supermarket is a 1 minute drive and there is a bus stop at the end of the road with buses running almost half hourly throughout the day all year round.

5 minutes from the A30 and a stones throw from the main road into St Ives finding 2 Leeze couldn't be easier.

We are a family who have found ourselves in the fortunate position of being able to own a holiday home in the place we believe is the best seaside town in the country. We have chosen the best location we could find and set ourselves up with a goal of living here one day, until then we are going to let a few lucky people enjoy our retirement home... St Ives is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from Exeter. The local airport is Newquay, a 45 minute drive. St Ives does have its own branch line which joins the main Penzance to Paddington line at St Erth.

Lands End is 20 miles away.

Truro 20 miles.

Newquay is 35 miles away.

Falmouth 35 miles away.

The Lizard Peninsular 40 miles away.

Whilst we can take a provisional booking over the telephone, your application must be made on the Official Booking Form and completed in full.

Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance require a 1/3 deposit plus booking fee. The balance plus extras is due 6 weeks before your holiday commences.

Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance require the full charge plus booking fee and any extras. A non-refundable booking fee of £20 is payable on all bookings.

After you have completed the Booking Form and submitted it, we will respond to your booking request as soon as possible. If the booking is confirmed, we will then send written confirmation as soon as we have received and processed your payment. If there are any problems with the booking or if the property is no longer available, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Please note that completing and submitting the booking form DOES NOT GUARANTEE the booking.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking under any circumstances.

Changeover Day:
Saturday - arrival is strictly from 3pm, unless by prior arrangement, there will be fresh flowers, tea bags, coffee, milk and sugar waiting for you as too a bottle of red and white wine.

2 Leeze must be vacated by 10am sharp and with out exception.

  • Notes on accommodation: Available weekly - Saturday to Saturday. Please check our 2015 Availability and Tariff at www.stivescarbisbay.co.uk before contacting us and contact us direct for our Winter and Autumn 2015 deals.. Dogs are welcome but we would kindly ask that whilst in the property they are kept in the kitchen dining area as opposed to anywhere else in the property. A charge per week per dog will be made. Upon your departure please make sure that all evidence of your pet is removed from both inside and outside the property. Broadband Wireless internet access is available throughout the house. Any breakages, damage, marks or staining (bed wetting) will need to be paid for. 2 Leeze is strictly non-smoking both inside the property and on the premises. Outside: At the rear of the property there is a fenced in private level lawn area. This is accessed from the lounge and kitchen/diner via double French doors and has a patio area with furniture and a rotary clothes line for your use. The large paved driveway is suitable for two vehicles/cars. Utility Room: The utility room with solid oak base level kitchen units housing the washing machine, a sink with draining board and ironing facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen, towels and tea towels are provided, however, please bring your own towels for use at the beach. The property is cleaned weekly by arrangement. We can arrange a mid week clean if required (at your expense).
