About the Owner

Pete and June are passionate about Norfolk. They live in Norwich and bought Rosebud Cottage with the intention of spending a lot of time at the coast, enjoying the beach with their two dogs Rosie and Mack. Pete is a keen bird watcher and his library of bird books is gradually starting to make its way to Mundesley. June loves to read and there is always a good selection of novels available should the weather be more conducive to a cosy day spent around the log fire snuggled up with a book and some hot chocolate.

Fabulous Norfolk Cottage

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely week at Rosebud Cottage and would highly recommend the property. From the time of booking we felt really welcomed by the owners and the cottage was very well equipped with everything we would need and we all felt very comfortable there.

We had a great week exploring the local area and the village, the cottage is in a ideal location to explore North Norfolk. We shall hopefully return one day!

Great little house, short walk from the beach.

  • 4 of 5

Lovely little cottage and much more spacious than it looks in the photos. We had a great time spending days on the beach and exploring the local area. The beach is just a short walk away with the village center and shops even closer. We had lots of fun and would happily use Rosebud cottage again.

Lovely little cottage

  • 4 of 5

Lovely cottage-clean and comfortable, very homely and cosy. Well equipped with lots of character and quaint little garden. Loved it would recommend and would definitely go back. Easy walk to beach and the ship inn and all other local amenities. Weather was glorious for our stay so we did not venture further than cley - tended to go to beach and pubs nearby. 😎

A great cottage that really is a home from home

  • 5 of 5

It's our second visit to this cottage and just as enjoyable as the first. It has everything you need and more and we love having breakfast and dinners outside on the patio.

There is an excellent fish and chip shop in Mundesley which is very busy, but if you don't want to wait you can always phone your order through.

Lovely cottage

  • 4 of 5

Just returned from a week stay in this lovely home from home cottage with a lovely comfy bed and sofas. We had everything we needed and the rooms and garden are bigger than they seem on the photos. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine which we enjoyed in the lovely garden and we even had good weather. We loved the village. Really good food in The Ship and lunch at The Corner Tearoom. Lots of long walks along the beach. Will definitely be returning.
