Underground reserved secure parking space however there is plenty of parking beside the complex at ground level & a car is not necessary unless your going on sight-seeing trips as the beaches and shops of Puerto Banus are a short walk away...Lift from ground floor and garage level to 2nd floor of the apartment. Essentials can be bought from a nearby convenience store which is part of a local service station 5 min walk from apartment For the party crowd : Sisuboutique hotel, Ocean club marbella & Sala beach club are all within a 7-10 min walk. Outside: Super gardens both large and well maintained with two mid sized swimming pools. plenty of car parking space outside the complex. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A property management service is available for any issues during your stay they prepare the apartment for your arrival and clean the apartment after your departure. Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed. The pool was great for the kids and nice and quiet. Location was good - everything within 10-15 mins walk. Would recommend

Super Apartment in Brilliant location

Stayed here for 1 week, location fantastic for Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pretty gardens with 2 pools, very relaxing, I was the only person by the pools so had them all to myself. Lovely big balcony, perfect to relax with a glass of wine. Owner really helpful, would definitely recommend

A lovely little apartment

From my initial contact with the owner Justine Abbott and frequent emails with Angela Gaiger who looked after the property during our stay, all questions were answered quickly which we appreciated. Angela even put us in touch with someone who transported us to and from the airport. The property was small but well presented. When we arrived the cleaners were there but we were able to leave our things inside until they had finished. When we went back in, the apartment was spotless but we noticed a few things that needed fixing. I got in touch with Angela straight away and a handy man arrived the next day, which was great. I was impressed that there was plenty of crockery and cutlery and even some tea, coffee sauces etc left to use. There is plenty of room for clothes and extra bedding is provided. The pool area is lovely and was very quiet even in August. Sunbeds are provided by the owners and locked so there is no rush to get up and put your towels out. On our last day we were able to stay a little longer due to the arrival time of the next guests, Angela helped us arrange this. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Clean & modern apartment in perfect location

Second time staying at this apartment and was just as impressed as i was when i stayed the first time.

The apartment is clean and modern and in a perfect location being only a 15 minute walk to the port and only 2 minutes down the road from Sisu Boutique hotel. Taxis are easy to get hold of and are at the apartment within 5 mins which is handy when you are in 5 inch heels!!

Would definitely stay again.

Well located apartment, very bad nights sleep

A lot of noise, both in the building and street noise.The whole night you have noise from the cars. The windows are very poorly insulated. Also, during the day, a lot of street noise, whether you live along a carriageway

Nice modern apartment

Upon arrival we was meted by john who was very helpful at showing us round and discussing things about the apartment, first impressions are that the apartment was nice and modern with a lovely balcony which received sun most of the day, only negative things are that the sun loungers could do with updating as they looked a bit old and run down and if renting a car and parking underneath the building just be careful were you park as we accidentally parked in someone else's spot
