Villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca North, Spain - Peaceful Location 2 Minutes Walk To Nearest Bar, 12 Minutes Walk to the nearest beach & restaurants

A large detached villa, 4 bedrooms on 2 split levels (connected only by outside stairs, so each level can be private) , sleeps 8 plus 2 on sofa-bed, with private gardens and a pool in the pretty town of Moraira. The Villa boasts all day sun and plenty of terraces to relax and sunbathe or enjoy al fresco dining. It is furnished to a high standard with plenty of attention to detail and we have tried to think of everything. Our villa is home from home and as such we have included everything we can think of such as beach towels, picnic bags, beach chairs, parasols, table tennis, football goals, smart TVs, Wi & PS2 game consuls with lots of games, blender, WIFI on both floors and much more. You just need to bring your swim wear and relax. Moraira is a pretty town on the north costa blanca and boasts plenty of restaurants and facilities. The larger Town of Javea is around 20 minutes drive away in one direction and Calpe with its large beach and impressive rock in the other. Benidorm is a half hour drive away (if you really want to go there.....) and there is plenty to do in both Moraira and the surrounding areas.

Please note during summer and school holidays full week booking applies. Saturday change over 4pm arrival 10 am check out times.

About Adele Dudley

Adele and Tim live in Surrey, England, and have bought this villa as a second home. It is being rented out for periods when we and our friends are not there to make full use of the property. As such we have equipped it to be as comfortable as possible so that it is like our own home, and have bought high quality furnishings to last which we and our guests can enjoy.

Adele is a healthcare specialist and also speaks Spanish so can help out with any issues which require local help. Tim is a qualified accountant, working in risk management and compliance in the City.

Why Adele Dudley chose Moraira

It is in a very quiet location (in a cul-de-sac, adjoining a quiet road), quite close to the lovely town of Moraira, very close to some bars, restaurants and a small beach, with great views across the hills, and is a very pretty property on a large plot

It is very hard to get this combination of qualities.

You can see an old view of the property on google maps, although we have since extended the west side, added a naya and balcony at the front, extended the pool from 8X4 metres to 11.5 X 4.5metres, moved the drive, added about 100msq of patio and added plants and trees.

What makes this villa unique

Able to have 2 families living self sufficient on each floor, so good if you want to be with friends but want a bit of privacy as well.

It is designed for outside living, with large patios, a large pool, a Naya on both floors so you can get shade, comfortable high spec sun loungers and parasols, and 2 outside sinks an outside fridge-freezer and 2 BBQs so you don't need to walk into the house with wet feet.

Also designed to keep children / teenagers amused, with a table tennis table, football & water polo goals, boules smart TVs, video games and wifi.

Notes on accommodation: The property is set out as two separate apartments connected by an outside staircase. Outside: Private gardens and a large terrace surround our large 12 x 5m kidney shaped pool (heated if required). All of the outdoor furniture is high quality and comfortable and includes 2 dining tables and rattan style sofa and armchairs. There is a large terrace to the rear with football goals and a ping pong table. There are polo goals for the pool and a boules are to the side. To the rear of the kitchen there is a small terrace and to the front of the villa there is an outdoor terrace to the first floor and a Naya to the ground floor. Utility Room: washer/dryer located in the under-build with iron ironing board etc.. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning is included once per week and linen and towels changed. More frequent cleaning can be arranged. All towels including beach/pool towels are included.

Had a lovely stay for a week with our family. A truly special place to go. Everyone loved the pool; the villa is a real sun trap. The layout of the villa was ideal for our large group, being effectively split in two and spacious, we did not feel that we were living on top of each other. Would definitely recommend...

Fabulous family holiday in a beautiful villa

We have just returned from a staying in Tim and Adele's fabulous villa in Moraira. We were a party of 5 adults and 4 children, (2 grandparents included) and the villa worked so well for everyone, young and (not so) old!

The layout of the villa suited us all perfectly, giving us 2 separate living quarters but still with the feel of one large home.

The pool was fabulous and so warm, and there was an array of inflatables and games for the children which they loved. The football goals and table tennis table were also in frequent use! There are plenty of sunbeds and shade provided by parasols and the beautiful palm trees in the garden.

The villa is fantastic for 'eating in' - the big gas BBQ was used a lot on our holiday! The outdoor dining table downstairs is in the shade so perfect for breakfast/lunch when the sun is at its hottest. The drinks fridge and wall fans also made it a very popular area to relax throughout the day! For evening meals the table and comfy chairs upstairs on the terrace were perfect and offered stunning views. We didn't feel at all overlooked by any neighbours as the layout of the villa and it's palm trees and hedges enable a feeling of privacy.

The villa itself is lovely and clean and has 2 well stocked kitchens (dishwashers on both floors!) and all you could need for your holiday. The 'welcome pack' was extremely thoughtful and meant we didn't have to rush straight out to the supermarket on arrival for bread and milk etc.

The villa itself is walking distance to bars and restaurants, though we generally drove everywhere due to the various ages of our family and the heatwave we happened to have at the time! There is plenty of parking in Moraira and many lovely restaurants to chose from. We can recommend the salt baked fish at El Nido's and the Olive Tree is lovely.

From the moment we submitted our enquiry, Adele and Tim were so helpful and answered any queries immediately. Rick and Helen were then on hand at the villa to welcome us and offer any help with our stay.

Thank you so much Adele and Tim for letting us stay-we loved every minute and have made some family memories I know we all treasure for a long time.

Absolutely wonderful, very clean and homely, they catered and thought of just about everything.

We absolutely loved it, the layout really worked for our family (Teenagers) it's very spacious inside and out! The villa is very well looked after and everything you need is there. Lovely pool and outside area with shade, we felt very much at home. Could have stayed the summer. Everyone was really friendly, the neighbours and the staff at Bar 21, which is just around the corner. Moraira itself is a lovely town with everything you need, restuarants and shops, also a market in. Friday. Although we cooked an amazing paella at the villa on the outside paella pan, which was delicious. The supermarkets are well stocked with most things but especially fish. We visited Calpe and the boys (who are half goat) climbed the Penon de Ilfach, which isn't for the faint hearted, I chickened out!! They took some amazing photos from a stunning view, while I sat on the beach and had a beer. I'm so looking forward to visiting again as I felt a week wasn't long enough and especially revisiting the villa again. Probably the best villa we've stayed in!!

This was our first stay in a villa in Spain, we generally do hotels but we're looking to do something different, are party was two adults, two 19 year olds & two 16 year olds, the villa was everything & more than what we hoped for, massive living area, comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped, the pool was fabulous & views all around were stunning, within easy walking distance of bar 21 which did amazing tapas, 15 minutes walk into main town & beach, really could not find anything to fault about it, in addition the owners Adele & Tim could not have been more informative from the day we booked, every question answered immediately & nothing too much trouble, would really love to return !

Perfect villa, perfect location, perfect holiday

We have recently returned from a wonderful week in this lovely villa.

We were a group of six adults and two young children and the property was ideal for all of us. It is set in a spacious plot with lovely shrubs and flowers, overlooking Moraira. It is completely safe and private.

The children spent hours in the pool, enjoying the toys and inflatables provided, whilst we relaxed on comfortable loungers, soaking up the sun.

The Villa is on two levels, the upper one being the more spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every little thing has been thought of. And the TVs are amazing, not that we spent much time indoors but it was good to catch up on news occasionally.

We had a couple of lunch-time barbecues, making use of the excellent, easy to use barbecue.

Evenings saw us walking down to the beach road and eating at one of the many restaurants there. We never had a bad meal.

All in all, a superb villa in a superb location, perfect for the ideal holiday.

The nearest beach is the small sandy beach in west Moraira and is only 12 minutes stroll from the villa, the main, sandy Moraira beach 5 minutes further. El Portet is 10 minutes by car and boasts a pretty sandy cove. The larger Arenal in Javea and white sandy beach in Calpe are both around 20 minutes drive away. Benidorm is only 30 minutes by car. The quiet, long Denia beach is around a 40 minute drive away but is well worth a visit.


Alicante and Valencia airports are both only 1 hours drive from the property. A car is not essential when you reach the villa but recommended.


15 mins walk from the picturesque small town of Moraira, with many nice bars & restaurants and a pretty Marina. Water Park 20 mins drive, Benidorm is a 30 mins drive / bus. Javea and Denia are both only short drive away and have many shops restaurants etc. Javea old town boasts some lovely traditional Tapas bars. Calpe is just 20 minutes drive away and has lovely sandy beaches and plenty of shops restaurants. There are several scenic hills, mounts and valleys within 30 mins drive for walking.

Further Details:

Moraira itself has plenty of restaurants and shops. There are several large supermarkets 5 minutes drive from the villa. The nearest bar is a 2 minute walk and the nearest restaurants 12 minutes., Morira old town 20 mins walk. There is a supermarket which is open on Sundays just 5 minutes drive away. Good Golf course 10 mins walk away.

Go Karting nearby and easy drives to Aqualandia and Terra Mittica mean you are never short of places to visit and the pretty Jalon Vally is also worth a look.

GBP 60 per week additional charge for pool heating, otherwise everything is included

Rented out per week, shorter period off peak season. 10% deposit if paid directly, 25% if using secure payments, then full payment 4 weeks before holiday starts. £600 / EUR 650 deposit for excessive breakages or negligent damage (needs to be high as we have expensive equipment, but don't expect to charge anything if you are sensible

No stag parties / all young male groups.

Notes on prices:
Minimum 1 week rental over July & August. Otherwise can rent for 3 days for 1/2 the weekly rate, 10 days is 40% extra the weekly rate. Discounts between October to May if you rent for more than a week.
