Villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca North, Spain - Peaceful Location 2 Minutes Walk To Nearest Bar, 12 Minutes Walk to the nearest beach & restaurants

A large detached villa, 4 bedrooms on 2 split levels (connected only by outside stairs, so each level can be private) , sleeps 8 plus 2 on sofa-bed, with private gardens and a pool in the pretty town of Moraira. The Villa boasts all day sun and plenty of terraces to relax and sunbathe or enjoy al fresco dining. It is furnished to a high standard with plenty of attention to detail and we have tried to think of everything. Our villa is home from home and as such we have included everything we can think of such as beach towels, picnic bags, beach chairs, parasols, table tennis, football goals, smart TVs, Wi & PS2 game consuls with lots of games, blender, WIFI on both floors and much more. You just need to bring your swim wear and relax. Moraira is a pretty town on the north costa blanca and boasts plenty of restaurants and facilities. The larger Town of Javea is around 20 minutes drive away in one direction and Calpe with its large beach and impressive rock in the other. Benidorm is a half hour drive away (if you really want to go there.....) and there is plenty to do in both Moraira and the surrounding areas.

Please note during summer and school holidays full week booking applies. Saturday change over 4pm arrival 10 am check out times.

About the Owner

Adele and Tim live in Surrey, England, and have bought this villa as a second home. It is being rented out for periods when we and our friends are not there to make full use of the property. As such we have equipped it to be as comfortable as possible so that it is like our own home, and have bought high quality furnishings to last which we and our guests can enjoy.

Adele is a healthcare specialist and also speaks Spanish so can help out with any issues which require local help. Tim is a qualified accountant, working in risk management and compliance in the City.

Beautiful,villa, perfect for both families

We arrived 21st October to stay for a week, we are a family of 5, we shared the villa with my sister who's also a family of 5, we had a fantastic time, villa facilities were beyond what was expected, it was very well equipt, home from home experience, car hire is essential, pool was lovely area was very clean and very safe for the children, couldn't fault anything, lots of games to keep the children occupied, lots of pool inflatables, lovely barbecue area outside area very spacious and clean.

All in all a comfortable, enjoyable stay

Ecellent

When we arrived we were greeted by Helen and Rick and they showed us around the house, both floors and the garden which was great

The house is totally superb, the kitchen with its appliances and and crockery is a cooks dream, and we really enjoyed preparing our meals there, and then transferring the meal to the balcony. Sitting on the balcony at night, especially when the moon was full and enjoying a glass of vine was our favorite time of the day, peaceful and beautiful.

The young ones, of the age of 2 and 7 could not wait to take a dip in the poole every morning and spent many hours playing there.

The description on Owners Direct is if anything understating the qualities of the house, everything was to top standard.

Not any of us really wanted to leave, we could have stayed for much longer. The house, swimmingpool and garden are just perfect for us.

Thanks from us all, we will be remembering this holiday for a long time, everybody wants to return to Moraira.

Fabulous location. Amazing views, very quiet, not overlooked. Beautiful property, perfect size pool

We have done all inclusive holidays for a number of years and so had decided with friends to splash out and book a private villa. What a bargain this place is. So relaxing and quiet in the hills yet close enough to the town to be able to walk in in the evenings. Restaurants were very family friendly and lots to choose from. We did a couple of day trips to, Les fonts de l'algar and Aqualandia, both close enough not to spend most of the day in the car. The property is so welcoming and like a home away from home, the pool is a perfect size and although we were a party of 8 it didn't feel overcrowded. Will hopefully have the opportunity to visit again.

Quality villa

We had a lovely stay in Adele and Tim villa. The house and gardens are well maintaned with beautiful flowers and trees. Everything was just as described. There is enough space in and around the villa for a group of 8 adults. We especially liked the swimmingpool with the waterpolo and volleyball net and the table tennis. The beautiful view from the terrace. The communication with the owners was excellent. Good restaurants are in walking distance. We would certainly recommend this villa.

Beautiful villa

We stayed in this villa as two families, which included four adults and four teenagers, and found the layout suited us perfectly. The villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped with the BBQ, pool and outdoor dining areas well used during our stay as the weather was stunning. The town of Moraira is beautiful with a good selection of bars and restaurants located within a pleasant 25 minute walk from the villa.

Overall this holiday was fantastic and we have some lovely memories, thank you very much Adele & Tim.

Superb

our first time in Spain has been a huge succes and this Villa is one of the reasons why. It provides more than enough space for two families and it is fully equipped.

We have enjoyed the stunning view, the garden and of course the heated swimmingpool!

We were able to enjoy the sun at every hour because of the many terraces in very comfortable chairs. The bedrooms are spaceous and the beds sleep well.

We played games, had bbq's, could walk to the beach, did some sightseeing, went out for dinner and spent some relaxing hours in the Villa (with good working wifi)

In other words, we enjoyed life to the fullest thanks to Tim and Adèle and their lovely home. We would certainly recommend this villa to our friends. Kind regards from the Hellemons family.

Location

From the Owner

It is in a very quiet location (in a cul-de-sac, adjoining a quiet road), quite close to the lovely town of Moraira, very close to some bars, restaurants and a small beach, with great views across the hills, and is a very pretty property on a large plot It is very hard to get this combination of qualities. You can see an old view of the property on google maps, although we have since extended the west side, added a naya and balcony at the front, extended the pool from 8X4 metres to 11.5 X 4.5metres, moved the drive, added about 100msq of patio and added plants and trees.

Nearest Airport : alicante at 60 Miles Nearest Barpub : Bar 21 at 100 Metres Nearest Golf : Ifach Golf at 300 Metres Nearest Motorway : AP7 at 7 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Olive Tree, Gemissant, Katmandu at 400 Metres Nearest Beach : Moraira - smaller beach at 500 Metres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is the small sandy beach in west Moraira and is only 12 minutes stroll from the villa, the main, sandy Moraira beach 5 minutes further. El Portet is 10 minutes by car and boasts a pretty sandy cove. The larger Arenal in Javea and white sandy beach in Calpe are both around 20 minutes drive away. Benidorm is only 30 minutes by car. The quiet, long Denia beach is around a 40 minute drive away but is well worth a visit.

Travel:

Alicante and Valencia airports are both only 1 hours drive from the property. A car is not essential when you reach the villa but recommended.

Distances:

15 mins walk from the picturesque small town of Moraira, with many nice bars & restaurants and a pretty Marina. Water Park 20 mins drive, Benidorm is a 30 mins drive / bus. Javea and Denia are both only short drive away and have many shops restaurants etc. Javea old town boasts some lovely traditional Tapas bars. Calpe is just 20 minutes drive away and has lovely sandy beaches and plenty of shops restaurants. There are several scenic hills, mounts and valleys within 30 mins drive for walking.

Further Details:

Moraira itself has plenty of restaurants and shops. There are several large supermarkets 5 minutes drive from the villa. The nearest bar is a 2 minute walk and the nearest restaurants 12 minutes., Morira old town 20 mins walk. There is a supermarket which is open on Sundays just 5 minutes drive away. Good Golf course 10 mins walk away.

Go Karting nearby and easy drives to Aqualandia and Terra Mittica mean you are never short of places to visit and the pretty Jalon Vally is also worth a look.

Able to have 2 families living self sufficient on each floor, so good if you want to be with friends but want a bit of privacy as well. It is designed for outside living, with large patios, a large pool, a Naya on both floors so you can get shade, comfortable high spec sun loungers and parasols, and 2 outside sinks an outside fridge-freezer and 2 BBQs so you don't need to walk into the house with wet feet. Also designed to keep children / teenagers amused, with a table tennis table, football & water polo goals, boules smart TVs, video games and wifi.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: The property is set out as two separate apartments connected by an outside staircase. Outside: Private gardens and a large terrace surround our large 12 x 5m kidney shaped pool (heated if required). All of the outdoor furniture is high quality and comfortable and includes 2 dining tables and rattan style sofa and armchairs. There is a large terrace to the rear with football goals and a ping pong table. There are polo goals for the pool and a boules are to the side. To the rear of the kitchen there is a small terrace and to the front of the villa there is an outdoor terrace to the first floor and a Naya to the ground floor. Utility Room: washer/dryer located in the under-build with iron ironing board etc.. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning is included once per week and linen and towels changed. More frequent cleaning can be arranged. All towels including beach/pool towels are included.
