Luxury Beachside apartment in the exclusive Golden Beach resort in Elviria. It is a perfectly located ground floor apartment with 3 double bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with a large 50m2 terrace overlooking the subtropical gardens.

Our apartment is recently restored and re furnished (June 2014) to a high standard to ensure home from home comfort. There is also a fully equipped Kitchen and separate laundry area with Washing Machine. All rentals come fully equipped with all Linen, Towels and Beach towels.

The apartment is perfect for a beach lovers holiday, with one of Marbella’s finest sandy beaches only a 30sec stroll away.

The Property also benefits from Air Conditioning throughout as well as Complimentary WiFi and 24 Hour on site security.

There are 2 large pool with a children’s play area and a children’s pool in the secure complex

There are a selection of fine restaurants/bars/banks and supermarkets within walking distance.

Within a short driving distance you can enjoy polo, tennis, paddle, beach clubs as well as numerous golfing opportunities.

About Pierre Verlaine

Alia and I got married in Andalucia three years ago and loved this part of the world. Great place to read, play golf, beach and just generally relax. Plenty of tourism to enjoy including Cordoba , Sevilla , Granada , Tangiers, Tarifa to name a few.

Why Pierre Verlaine chose Marbella area

Perfect location for a family. Lots of activities family activities to entertain toddlers to teenagers .

When looking for an apartment to buy, it was with the intention of renting as well as for ourselves, friends and family to enjoy. We carefully selected the location, wanting both beachfront and central, as not everybody wishes to drive the Spanish roads ! Very happy with our choice,the beach on our doorstep and the delights of Marbella Center with its shops and superb restaurants, the quaint fishing port, Marbella Old town, the nightlife of the 'Port Deportivo' with bars and clubs, all within an easy taxi drive.

For the more adventurous, it is in a great location to visit many of the Golf Courses, a Skiing day at Sierra Nevada, a historical trip such as Ronda, or possibly lounge at one of the famous beach clubs such as Nikki Beach or Ocean Club.

Amazing appartment, & location - just perfect!

This is our second time to the appartment - we just love it. It's lovely and new and it's safe for our little

Boys. 2 min walk to the beach and beach bars and the pools are great. With a baby pool too.

Pierre and Paul are great to deal with - couldn't be easier.

We'll be back next year!

Beautiful apartment a real home from home. Loved it 💛

This Golden Beach apartment is set in stunning gardens in a quiet safe area right next to the beach. If you want to get away from it all this is a great apartment to rent. The photos don't do it justice and Pierre and Alia have created a peaceful haven which we all loved. Lots of extras like board games, books, dvd's wifi, great TV and sound system, pool toys, buckets and spades keeps the kids happy and the parents get to chill out! We didn't hire a car as just wanted to relax and get away from it all and the nearest supermarket is around 10 to 15 minute walk so it keeps you fit. A shopper tolley on wheels would be a welcome addition to the apartment and would take the strain on the walk back. Some nice restaurants within easy walking distance as well and our favourite was Panache.

Overall we loved our visit and would give the apartment and surrounding gardens top marks.

Thanks to Pierre for being so easy to deal with and we hope to return in the future.

Zeer mooi en geweldig gelegen appartement!

Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van dit geweldige appartement aan het strand van Elviria. Zeer goede ligging bij heel leuk stuk strand met leuke gezellige strandtentjes. Prachtig ruim en licht appartement. Mooie inrichting; combi van modern en mediterraan. Alle moderne apparatuur aanwezig en brandschoon. Op het terrein zijn 2 zwembaden en als je het straatje overloopt sta je op het strand; ideaal met kids (wij met baby). Kortom een echte aanrader en goede prijs/kwaliteit! Ik kom zeker terug!

Excellent Apartment

Excellent location near the beach. It has been our second time in this apartment. Very clean and very well maintained. Both times, we stayed a week and enjoyed a lot. Spatious, luxurious and super convenient

The apartment is large, full of light and easily sleeps 6 adults. The kitchen is super well equipped. Everything was clean and tailored for a maximum confort, tv, wifi, dvd etc. Golden beach complex is located at a stone's throw from a fine sandy beach with restaurants and a luxury sports spa club. We stayed there with an infant and a toddler, Marbella offers plenty entertainment for kids and serves as a great point for day trips in the surrounding cities. We loved our stay there, Pierre and Alia are great hosts. We wish to return soon😀
