Luxury Beachside apartment in the exclusive Golden Beach resort in Elviria. It is a perfectly located ground floor apartment with 3 double bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with a large 50m2 terrace overlooking the subtropical gardens.

Our apartment is recently restored and re furnished (June 2014) to a high standard to ensure home from home comfort. There is also a fully equipped Kitchen and separate laundry area with Washing Machine. All rentals come fully equipped with all Linen, Towels and Beach towels.

The apartment is perfect for a beach lovers holiday, with one of Marbella’s finest sandy beaches only a 30sec stroll away.

The Property also benefits from Air Conditioning throughout as well as Complimentary WiFi and 24 Hour on site security.

There are 2 large pool with a children’s play area and a children’s pool in the secure complex

There are a selection of fine restaurants/bars/banks and supermarkets within walking distance.

Within a short driving distance you can enjoy polo, tennis, paddle, beach clubs as well as numerous golfing opportunities.

Perfect family beach location

The apartment was very much as described and recently repainted so in mint condition. the area is really improving with new beach bar / chiringuitos (we mostly stayed at the 'La Plage de Casanis' ) with a fantastic European crowd (English , Swedish, Belgian , French) .

Perfect family apartment with such proximity to the beach that we could just run back and get what ever we needed within minutes.

Paul and Pierre were very responsive with all queries as well as good recommendations for restaurants or visits.

Small details such as a wonderful spread of magazines on coffee table e.g Traveller , Vanity Fair , Living , Boat , Tatler was just superb.

Highly recommend and will definitely return next September.

Fantastic Apartment close to Marbella & Banus.

Prior to booking this apartment I was concerned that as I could not pay by credit card, this may be another dodgy apartment being advertised online where I could be a victim of fraud - There was no need to worry....

My dealings with Pierre the owner pre and post booking have been nothing short of exceptional and the best I have encountered for any villa/apartment booking abroad. Pierre was even in touch by text whilst we were away to check that all was ok with the apartment.

The apartment itself was exactly as advertised - Huge, luxurious with everything you could think of to live in a real home from home whilst away enjoying the sun.

As for the location, a two minute walk to the beach which was perfect for our long days on the beach however when our little girl wanted some pool time, we had three to chose from in the complex just a very short walk back from the beach. She also enjoyed the children's playground very much indeed.

Most nights we drove to Marbella (10 mins) or Puerto Banus (15 mins), so this really is the perfect location for daytime chilling on the beach/pool and night time people watching/gorgeous restaurants with hundreds to chose from.

If you have clicked on this apartment to consider a suitable holiday in Marbella, just book it. You will not be disappointed

Outstanding! This was quite honestly the best villa we have stayed in. Excellently equipped and finished to a very high standard.

We (with 4 young children) had a fabulous holiday. Right on the beach with amazing facilities.

Owners were super from beginning to end. Don't hesitate to book - we will be again soon!

Overall impression from myself and the family was excellent.

The property is very well-represented on the website and if anything it surpassed expectation for comfort and

location - proximity to beach makes it simply fantastic. There is great support on arrival and during the stay thanks to Paul and Minda.

We simply loved it and intend to return.

2 weeks hopefully next time.!

the best kept secret in golden beach 😊

This is a great place to stay.

The apartment it's self is fantastic ...

It's a modern bright and very specious 3 bed with a very large lounge dining room leading onto a lovely little garden completely set up for al fresco dining .

The bedrooms a big and en suite and the kitchen is very well equipped with every thing and more you may need.

The layout is also very good giving you direct but private access from the parking which is right outside your door and a 10 meter walk to the main polls outside you back door.

I Have to mention the location..,. Just perfect for the beach lover....., 30 metres from the back gate you have a lovely well kept beach complete with beach bars and restaurants .there is also an upmarket beach club which is well worth a visit .

But even more than the above are the little things....the comfortable beds, the entertainment system , the option to use the cleaning service,the fact that it is clear to see the owners have invested in Quality and therefore have insured the overall experience you will have will be as good as the one we had.

Perfect location for a family. Lots of activities family activities to entertain toddlers to teenagers . When looking for an apartment to buy, it was with the intention of renting as well as for ourselves, friends and family to enjoy. We carefully selected the location, wanting both beachfront and central, as not everybody wishes to drive the Spanish roads ! Very happy with our choice,the beach on our doorstep and the delights of Marbella Center with its shops and superb restaurants, the quaint fishing port, Marbella Old town, the nightlife of the 'Port Deportivo' with bars and clubs, all within an easy taxi drive. For the more adventurous, it is in a great location to visit many of the Golf Courses, a Skiing day at Sierra Nevada, a historical trip such as Ronda, or possibly lounge at one of the famous beach clubs such as Nikki Beach or Ocean Club.
