Sleeping 5 our penthouse apartment is modern and comfortable including two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances whilst

the lounge includes a wide screen TV with Sky. Free internet is also available. The balcony has lounge chairs, dining furniture and a Weber barbecue. We can even advise you of a brilliant local British butcher. A short walk of 5 minutes will get you to the nearest shops, restaurants & bars. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the tennis centre and a 5 minute drive to the nearest golf course.The apartment has full sports rights so discounted sports rates are available to our guests.

To make sure you have a special holiday we have a professional management company who can arrange transport on arrival and be there for all your help. The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier) 25 minutes away and Alicante 60 minutes away. We can help with car hire and provide full details of what’s available at La Manga Club. For the golfers we can advise on La Manga's 3 championship courses and those available locally. The club has a renowned Spa and fantastic tennis facilities. The area has many excellent restaurants located on and off the La Manga club. We are happy to advise you on any aspect of your holiday.

We are a typical busy working family so our holidays are very important to us. La Manga Club works so well for us with the sporting facilities and the local bars and restaurants. As a family we also like to venture outside the community so Murcia which is relatively unspoilt by commercialism is a great place to explore.

Beautiful apartment

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment in the la Manga club. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful holiday home. The apartment has stunning views of the Mar Menor. It is furnished to an incredibly high standard. The communal pool is lovely. Graham and Julie were incredibly helpful with suggestions for restaurants and places to go. We cannot recommend this place enough. We would love to return!

first class property.

Just back from a fantastic holiday in La Manga. The property was a fantastic base to enjoy this great resort. The apartment was spotless and maintained to a high level. Graham and Julie could not have been more helpful regarding restaurants, driving directions and any other information i asked them about. on arrival we received a really nice touch of an arrival pack which included a nice bottle of wine to start the holiday. would recommend the Apartment to friends and would have no hesitation staying again. Thanks again guys for the use of your lovely holiday home.

Relaxing break

Sunshine escape paradise

Went to the property for a long weekend of golf and relaxation. The apartment had everything we needed from the large balcony to relax after a hard days golfing, to the 30 second walk to the pool in the morning to take an invigorating swim !

Close to the local town with a plethora of restaurants and with the resort bars and restaurants at hand this really is a fantastic apartment and resort.

Fantastic weekend in a great location

I stayed here for a girls weekend away and had a great time, made even better by the accommodation.

The property is immaculate and stunningly decorated. Everything we needed was in the apartment, the place was very clean and the views from the balcony are fantastic.

The apartment overlooks the pool area which was, again, very clean and well maintained. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool so it never mattered what time you got there.

The bars and restaurants are only a short walk away (15 - 20 minutes in heels!) and offer food, drink and atmospheres for a wide variety of tastes. There is also a small supermarket on site which suited us perfectly for a weekend.

Overall, our weekend away was brilliant and made so much better from having great accommodation which we could relax in completely. It feels like an upgraded home away from home - with much better weather and views!

From the Owner

After visiting La Manga club on numerous holidays we decided it was the perfect location for a holiday home. With brilliant sporting facilities and a very safe environment for the family it was the ideal choice. La Manga club can provide a self contained holiday but guests would be missing out on so much if they did not venture out. Cartagena about 30 minutes away is a lively port where you can learn about the cities Roman history whilst on a boat cruise. You will find great shopping, bars and restaurants which should keep everyone happy. More local is the fishing village of Cabo de Palos where enjoying a beer in the harbour watching the world go by is a very enjoyable experience. This part of Spain has really grown on us and we find new surprises on every visit.

From the Owner

We like the quietness of the Montemares community. It has a mix of residents and visitors and often we can be the only people around the pool. This does change in high season but is never overly busy. Just a short walk will give the most amazing views over the Mediterranean and the road down to La Cala restaurant. Montemares is probably the highest point on La Manga Club so even in the hottest days we enjoy a welcome breeze. The property is east facing which allows for all morning and late afternoon sunshine this keeps the apartment cooler in high summer. For those wishing to play tennis or golf the property is covered by sports rights which enables any guest to cheaper rates.
