Apartment in Port Soller, North West Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Peaceful Location At Walking Distance To The Beach, 200 Metres

The apartment is located at only 200 metres from the first line of Port de Soller with its sandy beach. The building has seven flats sharing a huge plot with lots of parking and a good size pool area. Located on the second floor it enjoys a huge covered terrace where to live most of the time! Nice views to the mountains are available from the terrace and the light and bright living area is well equipped and nicely furnished. There are two double bedrooms with double beds and two more bedrooms have bunk beds. There are three bathrooms, two of the on suite. One in the master bedroom and the other small one with one of the bedrooms with the bunk beds. The kitchen is totally equipped and has access to a back terrace where there is a washing machine and a dryer. There is hot and cold A/C all over the flat and there is free WIFI available. The elevator, the pool area and parking are also very convenient to make the flat very comfortable.

Activity and Interests


Sóller village is only at 3 km from the flat. You can either reach by rental car or take the little historic tram train that leads from Soller centre to the Port and there is a halt only few metres away from the flat. Available every half an hour and until midnight during July and August. Rest of the year the tram stops at 21.00 Hours.


Travel to Palma de Mallorca and come by bus ( over Palma / Plaza España) to Soller. Or with rental car or Taxi ( approx. 60 Euros)


The closest supermarket is only at 3 minutes walk, on the Repic beach.
