Excellent location. Very comfortable and clean. Communication with Charles was always polite and very helpful. Had a fantastic weekend there. Great location for beach, Pier and night life. 5 minute walk to the lanes and a 20 minute walk to the train station or about £7 in a cab.

Would recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely be returning there.

Charles's house is very nice : decorated with a really good taste and very well equipped. It's situated in a perfect area, near the sea, the pier, with a lot of pubs, stores and restaurants around and really near from the Lanes and the royal pavillion. It's was the perfect place for us : parents with two teenagers.

And Charles is so nice. He gave us a lots of ideas for our holidays. Thanks !

The flat is lovely - beautifully decorated, centrally located (you can see the sea from the front door!), and as described. Plenty of room and really well equipped.

Very central

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights in Brighton. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we required and it was very central. I would have liked a more comfortable seat in the living area as, having a youngster with us, we probably spent more evenings in than most visitors to Brighton. However that was only a little niggle and in no way detracted from our enjoyment of the area.

The property is really central so easily accessible to all that Brighton has to offer. Its also so close to the beach and is in the heart of lively Kemptown which is great for cafes and bars etc.

Coast/Beach:

Brighton Beach front is at the bottom of Camelford Street!

Travel:

The railway station is 2 miles away, Gatwick airport 30 minutes and London is only 49 minutes on the train.

Distances:

The historic town of Lewes is approximately 8 miles away.

London is 45 minutes on the fast train from Brighton centre

I used to live at the property and have fond memories year round at the property. Summer is great for activities on the Beach and especially an early morning swim when you have the beach to yourself! Its also really cosy in autumn and winter and being so centrally located its quick to get anywhere in the city. Year round its also great for people watching on St James Street!

Substantial reductions on request for week long stays or longer as the rates quoted on the website are geared towards shorter stays. The property has free Wi-Fi access.
