Further Double bedroom on first floor with adjacent bathroom and third double bedroom downstairs with adjacent bathroom ensures all accommodation requirements can be met for young and old alike. All Bedrooms with Air-Con. Downstairs is a large reception room allowing all guests to relax in an air conditioned environment when the Sun is at its strongest. A spacious & modern well equipped kitchen offers the chance to prepare some great home cooking or to supplement the built in barbecue on the terrace outside. A 360-degree panoramic roof terrace with comfortable seating and loungers offers the opportunity to relax in the sun in total privacy and enjoy the sea views. Car parking is afforded direct to the front door under cover with an additional private space within the villa complex. Automated Electric shutters allow for speed and ease when heading off for the beach or the wonderful tourist places on offer in the region and with full gated security and video entry phone peace of mind. We have owned this villa for 9 years which has just been beautifully repainted (June 14). Built with the highest quality materials to a great standard this villa's incredible design once seen this will never be forgotten and once frequented will not disappoint.

This property is unique in that it is situated in a small privately owned condominium of just 8 owners/friends with each property having a private garden.

Its "whacky" modern design gives incredible space and privacy to relax and sunbathe wherever you want and the quiet pool area situated in the communal garden is great to relax and stay cool.
