My wife & I are retired and we own an apartment at the picturesque Cornish village of Downderry.

We purchased this high spec. property from new 8 years ago.

Being a keen golfer, I take advantage of the numerous quality golf courses, in the area, including the world renowned course of St. Mellion.

We are also spoilt for choice, when it comes to choosing beaches, restaurants, coastal walks, & other attractions, that Cornwall has to offer.

Fantastic views and great location

We have just returned from a 7 night break at this fantastic holiday home. The property is exceptionally clean and beautifully presented and has everything you could possibly need. We were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed the warm evenings sat on the terrace. It is a beautiful part of the world. The views were exceptional and it was so peaceful. The beach is just a stroll away with great rock pools. We loved our stay and found a great place to eat just a short walk away at the Blue Plate. We loved staying in this lovely apartment in Downderry and will definitely be returning in the future.

The uninterrupted sea views are breathtaking and this small gated complex is both secure & suitable for disabled access, with an easy 50yard walk to the beach . Situated in the picturesque village of Downderry. The breathtaking views from this apartment change on a daily basis, watching the little fishing boats bobbing about, at anchor, Naval frigates on exercise on the horizon. The moods of the sea, never cease to amaze me. From the calm and tranquil to the stormy and choppy, all observed from the apartment.
