A perfect base for a family holiday , golf break or to watch / take part in the European Tour Equestrian events at Oliva Nova.

47B is air conditioned with an airy lounge/diner, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom.

The peaceful gated development is away from main roads, with a shopping/leisure complex a five minutes stroll away along a paved path dotted with Olive and Palm trees.

The golf course and tennis courts are a five minute walk or 2 mins by car. The Golf Club has an 18 hole long course a 5 hole short course for practice and a fine Driving range. Club hire is available.

The Oliva Nova hotel is 5 mins away by car and offers Spa and Gym facilities

The long, sandy beach of Oliva Nova is a 15-minute walk or, if you prefer, a short drive away. Malibu Beach is just an hour's drive from both Valencia and Alicante airports.

Locally ... The Bar Sargantana offers live music every Friday. A welcoming atmosphere and tasty menu with all major sporting events shown on a giant screen. English owned.

Close by we have a natural park La Marjal which has its own flora and forna.Great for a picnic or for a nice walk along the river banks.

Fantastic views of the area can be had from the surrounding mountains all within a 30 min drive.

The fishing port of Denia is 20 mins away by car ...... a ferry to Ibiza is available from here. Also many restaurants and a bustling nightlife and a night market can be seen along its beachfront. Also the large marina offers more restaurants and bars .... heaven for the nautical enthusiast !!

47B was bought from new in 2002 by the Jones and Henbest families. With young children and some keen golfers in the family, Oliva Nova seemed the perfect place to buy a holiday home, so we decided to take a leap.

Buying 47B proved a great decision for us and both families have enjoyed holidaying in the area; discovering not only some outstanding golf courses and stunning beaches, but also some fabulous local food, the wonderful city of Valencia, fun-filled water parks in Benidorm and the impressive caves in the nearby mountains.

It is so straightforward to get to from both Alicante and Valencia airports and we are always amazed how quiet the stunning beach is. Even in the height of summer you will be able to find a nice spot.

Excellent place to stay!

Really enjoyed my two weeks here! Excellent location with a smashing pool. It's nice and close to the beaches and the nearby commercial centre! I'd recommend to anyone.

Many Happy Memories

We have stayed here on 4 occasions. It is ideal for a young family (and those without children too).

Location:

The house is well placed on the Oliva Nova complex. The nearby beach is just great with plenty of space for games and is never overcrowded. The small supermarket on site covers all the necessities. We have enjoyed many meals at the clubhouse even with very young children and have always been made to feel welcome (even though we've never hit a golf ball in our lives). The pool (shared with a number of other residents/guests) was well serviced and never busy. The paddling section was perfect when our kids were tots and they have gone on to fully enjoy the main pool.

House:

The accommodation is well maintained and very comfortable. Despite being in a terrace, it is quiet and private.

Nearby

Within 10 minutes drive there is an Eroski hypermarket and shopping mall on the outskirts of Denia. It has absolutely everything you need and more besides! Denia itself is great for an evening out with many quality restaurants.

Great family holiday

A perfect base for our family holiday with young children. Lovely accommodation with shared pool and secure location. We have had 2 lovely holidays here and will definitely return. We especially enjoyed the beaches and bustling harbour town of Denia just a short drive away.

bellissima location con tutte le comodità.

l'appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione, piscina davvero vicina e sempre con poche persone e bimbi. parcheggio auto vicinissimo. tutti gli accessori della casa funzionali (tranne spremiagrumi... sic!). tutta la "urbanizacion" molto tranquilla. trascorsi giorni di vera vacanza!
