    25% deposit payable at time of booking with balance payable 8 WEEKS before holiday date. A booking form will be sent with full details. Upon balance monies being received full directions and key safe details will be supplied.

    Changeover Day:
    FRIDAY changeover. Arrival 4p.m Departure 10 a.m. Short breaks welcomed.

    Notes on prices:
    There is full gas central heating throughout included in rental from 1st May - 1st October and charged at a flat rate of £40.00 between these dates. Pay at the time of booking.
