Charming Older Ibiza style house ,sleeps 7 OR 9 with large kitchen, living-dining area and space to relax, ample garden for children to play, private pool, The main house has one single bedroom downstairs, 3 double bedded bedrooms upstairs, one with en-suite bathroom. The EXTRA ROOM with double bed is above the garage with exterior access and has it's own shower and terrace overlooking the pool. The large kitchen with dishwasher and 2 fridges leads out to the covered terrace, electric BBQ and pool area ideal for eating outside. The washing machine is in the garage.The house is not new, but is well cared for and full of character. The huge garden is perfect for children with ample lawn for playing.The location is ideal as it is just a few meters from the Cala D'Or beach which is reached by crossing the road walking past the Hotel Cala D'Or (20mtrs) and going down the stairs, and also from the centre of Cala D'Or reached when turning left from the villa at 50mtrs with all its shops, restaurants, walkways and bars. No car is needed as everything is close by. But if you do have a car, there is parking from the rear entrance. This hous DOES NOT have WIFI, but the Bar Leo at the end of the road does provide this service to clients having a drink as do most bars and restaurants..don't forget you are on holiday! leave your work at home!!
