Outstanding end of terrace poolside apartment. We are ground floor with a large terrace and with its own private garden. This is a super location, distinct by only having a small half circle of apartments built around a stunning swimming pool with the golf course behind it. You look out directly from the terrace and garden onto the swimming pool and golf course. The pool is therefore very private and very convenient just yards from your back door. Great for the children and adults as the pool is visible from the terrace, the lounge and the large kitchen! Upgraded and Free Wi-Fi, Sky TV access with both Sports, Films, Disney etc. Luxury bathroom updated and with new double shower enclosure installed Aug 2016.

Why Property Manager chose Torre-Pacheco

We love the small half circle setting around the pool with the golf course and lake beyond. We think Pool 6 is the frankly the best on the resort! We have some great neighbours from the UK nearby too. We are close to the resort centre and its great Italian Restaurant and the Spar supermarket is also just a short walk away. We have travelled widely but for us this just has it all, and with some much nearby. Hope you like it as much as us!

The property gives you the best of all worlds, whether sunbathing by the pool, a day at the beach, relaxing on the terrace, watching front-line golf or indeed playing yourself. Notes on accommodation: Strictly NO SMOKING. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans with 3 speeds. Both bedrooms have Hairdryers, ample sockets and mirrors. One Double and One single wardrobe space plus chest of drawers. Hoover supplied plus various mops/bucket, brooms etc to keep the apartment clean during your stay. Outside: Outside is a large terrace with table/chairs and patio lounging furniture. Beyond this is your private garden, leading to the pool, with views to the golf course beyond. The terrace and garden have 3 blue sun loungers and 2 folding loungers and a BBQ with utensils in the kitchen for you to use. Enjoy. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning service provided. Nb Additional Charges of 70 Euro's Applies and is paid locally on the resort. This includes change of bedding and towels. Please note we provide towels for the apartment only but do not provide towels for the pool and the beach. Other: 2x Men's full set (Dunlop Graphite) Ladies (Wilson Graphite) and Child's (Jaxx Graphite suitable 8-12 years old) Golf Clubs available for you to use at NO CHARGE.

Great weeks stay at La Torre

Lovely modern clean ground floor apartment close to all amenities however a car is must. Mark the property owner could not have been more helpful and all information he supplied was very accurate, the apartment is very well equipped for a home from home stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Like a 2nd Home

This was our 3rd stay at Mark & Carmel's lovely apartment. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and the key holders where very welcoming and friendly. The apartment its self is perfect for what we want on a holiday, it has easy access to the pool area so no need to use the stairs or lifts, and very convenient to just pop in for a quick drink and cool down during the very hot sunny days. The pool has a mix of English and Spanish locals and always has a friendly atmosphere.

The TV has full sky TV package plus every sports channel on the planet which makes it easy to catch up on your favourite sports!!, so if you just want a quite night in then there is always something to watch.

The barbecue is a god send, we do most of our cooking on this throughout the holiday, which also helps save money by not eating out all the time.

The Hotel had just opened during our stay and was very nice inside and good to see the La Torre Resort looking lively again. The Friday night market is now very busy with live music, 1 Euro Paella and a local real ale store.

We do most of our shopping at Lidl in San Javier as this is cheaper than the on site Spar, also the supermarket in Roldan (InverFresh) is cheap and has a great meat counter for the barbecue's, also a nice café next to the church for your morning Toastado's. Just outside Balsicas is great little restaurant called Chiringuito, which is cheap and serves great food, Paella has to be ordered 24hrs in advance and is very good, there is also a football pitch and play area for the kids here. Further away we spend a bit of time at Lo Pagan, this has a great little fair for the kids and the back streets come alive in the evening with traditional tapas bars, a ride on the Coco Loco is a must!!

We are really gutted not to be going again next but we will be back in 2019.

Beautiful luxury apartment great poolside position

The Apartment was perfect and in a perfect position, ground floor and right by the pool great for popping back and getting a drink or snacks.

This luxury apartment had everything you could need and more really well equipped for cooking in, and the owners have thought of everything there was even lilos, swimming noodles and beach things for the children.

Beds were also really comfy, and it was beautifully decorated.

I would recommend a car as there's lots to see out and about Natural Mud baths with pink flamingoes at Pedro Pintar a Roman city (Cartagena) and water parks all of which are around a 20minute drive. However if u like just lying round the pool all day apparently some of the surrounding restaurants will pick u up and drop off and there's also a taxi company in Roldan.

There are few restaurants on la Torree but there's more choice in Roldan which is just a few minutes drive away. La Torree was really clean and very pretty with a great on site spar. I would definitely stay in this apartment again it was beautiful.

Fantastic family holiday

We had a lovely holiday staying in this well appointed, luxurious and very clean apartment. The lovely pool is just outside the small private garden, so it's perfect for children. There are some lovely beaches approx 15 mins drive from the apartment, La Zenia and Campoamor were our favourites. The trattoria on site is very nice and the Spar supermarket is a good size and well stocked. We love Restaurante La Tropical, a short drive away in Los Alcazares, it's away from the tourist areas and serves delicious tapas. The weather was perfect and we would be very happy to stay in the apartment again.

Fabulous spacious very well appointed apartment

This spacious very well appointed tastefully decorated 2 bedroom apartment has everything you are ever likely to need on holiday: a fully equipped kitchen including a spacious fridge/freezer; good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe and draw space, ceiling fans that keep the rooms cool and a hairdryer, (essential for some I'm told). Over a long weekend, my buddy and I came for the golf. The apartment came with 4 sets of clubs and 2 sets we used did the job and saved the expense of lugging our own. Book a buggy as the course is spread out and take plenty of water as it was hot. We ate in the clubhouse after our round; food good, reasonably priced and portions were bigger than expected. The Irish bar on site we visited one night had a good friendly atmosphere too. There is an onsite supermarket with a wide selection of stocked items including freshly baked bread, fresh veg and meat. We had a car, (essential), so were able to explore the region too. Cartegena - a definite must visit highlight; Conception Castle provides great panoramic views, the Roman Theatre is impressively restored too. Los Alcazares is the nearest beach. It has a very long promenade. Bars and restaurants are located on Av. Río Nalón. You'll find restaurants and bars to suit everyone. We'd recommend the Cocina asiática Run, (Chinese/Asian). The 8 course 16Euro set menu was really good. After all the golf and sight seeing it was great having a quiet pool area to relax by with water warm enough to enjoy right on the doorstep.

Fabulous Apartment

We have stayed at the La Torre before and love the location. The apartment we stayed in this time was fantastic. It was a real home from home and the you could tell the owners had gone out of their way to make the apartment luxurious. So much so we decided to but one over there. I would have no hesitation recommending the property to friends and family. Our son and daughter in law are aged 22 and they loved every minute of the stay. The Italian on the resort has fabulous food as has the local restaurants in Roldan.

Very friendly place. Cannot wait for the hotel to open.

The nearby beaches of the Mar Menor are a 15 min drive away. This stretch of beaches has many coves with great sandy beaches all the way around to La Manga. This inland sea is like a lagoon and the Mar Menor is known as the largest swimming pool in the world (Wikipedia). The waters are very shallow and WARM in the Mar Menor. The other side of this strip is the Atlantic and the waters are very different. The climate temperatures are also higher here to other Spanish regions. Do google Mar Menor.


By car, Murcia Airport is 15 mins away, Alicante 50 mins away. We are situated on the stunning La Torre Golf Resort which is in the Murcia Region of the Costa Calida. The area is known as the Mar Menor and is famous for its warmer climate and its clear, warm and shallow sea.


Roldan and Balsicas are both 5 mins away. Los Alcazares 20 mins away. Murcia 25 mins away. La Manga 35 mins and Cartagena 40 mins away by car.

Further Details:

Lots of Restaurants and Bars in the Resort Centre and nearby to the resort. You are very central so less than 5 minutes walk away to these. Nearby town of Roldan has a good selection too.

We have also added FREE WIFI at the Apartment. New Sky Cinema, Sky Disney and Sky Sports etc and DVD Player. We have also added an LG sound bar to aid music downloads to pair/bluetooth sync with the LG Sound Bar in the Lounge using your i-phone, i-pod etc to play your music through. Awesome.

Changeover Day:
Normally Saturdays but contact us for flexibility and your flight details. Normal arrival time is 3pm and departure times at 11am. We can be flexible on times if we do not have follow on bookings, but these are discretionary and maybe chargeable on circs.
