Superb location. A fully refurbished penthouse, 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment located directly on the beach. The property benefits from double glazing, air conditioning/heating. The Carabela is a well known, well maintained and well respected private complex featuring lush gardens and 2 private pools (1 for small infants). The Apartment is circa 40 minutes from Palma airport and within 200 meters of the marina, where you'll find plenty of with great shops, restaurants and bars.

Activity and Interests


The apartments overlook the beach at Port D'Alcudia. The Bay of Alcudia has the longest beach on Mallorca, with numerous sporting facilities such as wind surfing, water skiing, paragliding etc. Within half an hour's drive there are beaches at C'an Picafort, Porto Pollenca and Cala San Vicente. Glass bottomed boats ply regularly from the port for trips round the bay or to Pollenca and the delightful Formentor.


Palma airport is circa 40 mins away. There is a wide variety of car-hire companies based at the airport, alternatively you can arrange transfers via 'resorthopper' of take a taxi from the airport (circa €70 each way).

With all the restaurants, shops and the beach on the doorstep there is no real need for a car. However Alcudia is a good base if you want to explore the Island.


Palma, with it's majestic cathedral and narrow shopping streets, is less than an 40 minutes away, buses regularly depart and alight outside the apartments

The centre and north of the island is mountainous and well worth a drive. The famous Caves of Drach near Porto Cristo are more than an hour's drive but the Caves at Campanet are only about 15 minutes away.

Booking Notes:
A £250 returnable deposit is required upon booking – this is to cover any breakages/losses during your stay. The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. The whole of the balance is payable should your holiday be cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to departure. The deposit will be returned after your stay.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are usually Saturday but we can be flexible on request. Arrival time from 2pm and we ask our guests to vacate by 10am.

Pleasant landscaped communal gardens leading to beach. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed lined, Bath, hand and tea towels will be provided. You will need to bring beach towels. Maid service once a week, in addition to apartment clean, all linen and towels will be changed.
