Modern First Floor Apartment (Type 3, 78 m², 3 bedrooms) in the Residence Le Clos de la Chenaie (Field of the Oaks) overlooking the swimming pool, the river, the gardens and the oak trees. South facing. Tranquil and calm environment but the town centre is less than a 10 minute walk (a few minutes by car) and the beaches a 15-20 walk (5 -10 minutes by car). The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard and has a wide range of facilities included. There is an integrated cooling and heating system and air conditioning. I designed the inside of the apartment myself and managed its completion, I am very happy. We put in the apartment everything we want in an apartment ourselves when we go on vacation. The residence and the apartment are also very high quality. My family visit and use our apartment as often as possible, because we enjoy the area and the residence so much.

I first visited the region of Biarritz and Capbreton in 2003. I stayed with my friends and my family and I fell in love with and Capbreton and the region. It's hot and sunny for many months of the year. Beaches and forests are beautiful and unspoilt and both are very close to our apartment. There are many outdoor recreation and other activities. The old town has real character. The port and harbour are picturesque, with fresh fish daily. Food and restaurants are excellent at affordable prices. The people are very friendly and welcoming. Above all you feel that you are in the real France. We chose this property because of its superb location close to town and beaches, but also overlooking the river, old oak trees and the pool and just around the corner the forest. The residence and the apartment are also very high quality.

Capbreton is a town of around 7,500 people on the Southern coast of the Landes region (Landes Cote Sud) in South West France, close to Biarritz and the Pays Basque, the Spanish Border and the famous Basque cities of San Sebastian and Bilbao.
