Apartment in Puerto Del Carmen Old Town, Lanzarote - Peaceful Location, 15 Minuets walk to the beach

This Air conditioned studio apartment with sea view is located on a quiet secure complex in the old town of Puerto Del Carmen. It is situated on the end and with no apartment above, it makes this an ideal place for some peace and quiet. There are two communal sun terraces and a communal swimming pool with sunbeds. There are some great views of the harbour and sea. The apartment has been recently redecorated and is always kept spotlessly clean. It has its own fully equipped kitchen with hob kettle toaster and microwave. The bathroom has a shower. It has its own balcony with sea views for alfresco dining and receives sun all day long. We will supply a welcome pack containing toilet roll, tea, coffee, milk sugar and water. There is a colour television with a few English and Spanish channels (some in English), a DVD / CD player. There is a safe to store your valuables.( Note regarding cost....... We do not participate in the new Owners Direct Online payment scheme. The price is £25 a day. You do not have to pay more than that and you do not have to give any card details to anyone at any point in the booking process. The owners Direct fee is something we do not participate in. Please ask if you require more information on our cancelation policy.)

We are Martin and Julie. We have lived on the beautiful island of Lanzarote for over 10 years. We both live in the village of Tias. I manage properties in the old town and Julie helps clean them. So we are just a few minuets away should you need anything.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea!

Fantastic location, spar supermarket 10 seconds away. Right next to a pleasant bar which has free wifi. Then marios restaurant after that which serves delicious food. Apartment was clean and Martin was very helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks for a lovely stay :-) Sophie and Raz

Beautiful location in a homely studio

Stayed a week in January. Chose this apartment because of its location and sunny aspect of the balcony and was not disappointed. A short down hill walk to the the old town harbour and all its bars and restaurants and a welcome up hill pull to loose some of those calories or just pop to the commercial Ctr next door for a choice of bars and restaurants.

The apartment was clean and well stocked. Shower was excellent and balcony was sheltered as well as sun all day. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Apartment

Such a nice apartment very clean and really cosy. Martin and Julie had left little extras like water milk and teabags which was a big plus for us we didn't need to budge when we arrived. Everything we needed was in the apartment from sun cream to adaptors. The complex was safe and secure and we felt right at home. There were plenty of amenities right at our door step. We will definitely return again.

Fantastic apartment and location

Great apartment and complex with everything in easy walking distance shops and bars minutes away and ten minute stroll to harbour! Fantastic owners and very helpful. The apartment with air conditioning is a great addition and just has everything you need loved the welcome pack and locality of it all x we will be back again for third time next year x

stayed 12 days in august with my grandson great apartment everything you need close to bars and shops very quite area great to relax nice walk in to town comfortable beds air con great shower plenty of hot water nice touch with welcome pack.hope to go back in the future definitely recommend thanks martin

Beautiful apartment - quiet and very safe.

My son and I had a very enjoyable stay in Puerto Del Carmen. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We were just a few minutes walk away from the supermarket, restaurants and pubs. Would recommend it. Looking forward to going back next year, hopefully! Monica and Odhran

My favourite thing is sitting on the patio early morning and evenings watching the fishing boats, and planes turning in to land far out to sea.

Nearest Airport : Arrecife at 10 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Crafty Cow at 100 Metres Nearest Golf : at 3 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Marios at 100 Metres Nearest Beach : Playa Chica at 1.2 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto Del Carmen offers 5 km of broad, pale sandy beaches. The nearest beach to the apartment is Playa chica which is great for snorkeling and a great spot for local divers.

Travel:

The complex is approximately 11 kilometres from Arrecife airport, the journey normally takes abut 15 minutes by taxi, the cost of the taxi is about 15 Euros.

Distances:

A 10 minuets walk brings you to the old town harbor. You can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, tapas bars and Asian restaurants, you'll find traditional English and Irish sports bars.

Further Details:

Next to the complex is a small shopping parade with a lovely gift shop, supermarket, butcher, hairdresser, bars, and a great Italian restaurant.

A beautiful, nearby coastal path takes you along a 30 minute, cliff top walk to the spectacular, yachting marina at Puerto Calero where there is a wide selection of restaurants, designer shops, two cocktail lounges and some fabulous excursions. If you don't fancy walking back, there are many, easily available taxis which are very reasonable. You can also reach it by water taxi from the harbor.

Also, please remember to take out an adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen medical expenses or the loss or damage of your personal items, or indeed for cancellation of your booking.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided. Towels are changed during the week the bed linen once a week.There is a communal washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Other: The apartment has air conditioning a must in the hot weather.
