The apartment is perfectly situated in the much sought after Bellresguard secure complex, with a communal pool and only a 1 minute walk to the pine walk and beach. This bright second floor apartment boasts a beautiful private aspect overlooking the pool. It has three bedrooms, one double, a twin room and a single with bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, comprising a small shower room and bath room with shower over. The open plan kitchen, dinning and living area provides home from home comfort. A car is not essential, as the location is within walking distance of all that Puerto Pollensa has to offer and local public transport is inexpensive, clean and efficient.

I live in England and for the last three years i have enjoyed holidaying in Puerto Pollensa with my youngest daughter Bella and my partner Tony. We have been drawn back to this idyllic location and as it feels like coming home, it went without saying that I wanted to buy an apartment for the pleasure of my own family and as an investment.

Stunning apt! Modern and excellent location *****

After staying at a number of places in Pollensa over the years, this was by far one of the nicest. The property is just really lovely. It's got a balcony overlooking the pool but it's also private so the ideal place for a G&T in the evening or alfresco dining.

The location is also excellent as it's a 3 minute walk to the beach, if that and a stones throw from the bars and restaurants should you wish to go out in the evening. We dined at home most evenings after finding some excellent local fresh fish but there was plenty going on in town in the evening.

I stayed with a group of my girlfriends and the apartment was ideal for the 5 of us. Would definitely stay again, particularly as Sue was a great owner to deal with, has decorated the place beautifully and it ticks all boxes for groups and families.

The resort stylish and Cosmopolitan ... With a small 'c' Lovely beaches, low rise and not over built. The weather is constant and favourable for much of the year. I am also able to get affordable flights from local airports. In essence it ticks all my boxes.

Puerto Pollensa is the most perfect holiday destination, ticking most boxes for all ages, accommodating those who want a quiet & relaxing holiday, but equally providing activities and entertainment for those who are more energetic and looking for livelier pursuits. Sailing, water sports, motor cruising charter and site seeing trips can be booked locally. Market day is on a Wednesday in the town square. Puerto Pollensa has a variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. An event not to be missed is the inexpensive and fun evening following the tapas route via all the local Spanish bars on a thursday evening, this is a great way to meet the locals and get a taste of Spain. Local transport is inexpensive and efficient, take a trip to the Cosmopolitan city of Palma or get a local ferry to the beach at Formentor. Local festivals are unmissable. There are so many attractions, that will bring you back to the idyllic Puerto Pollensa and the beautiful Island of Majorca.

Palma Airport approx 50 min drive to Puerto Pollensa. Public transport, Resort Hopper, or car rental all from the airport. Resort Hopper can drop outside apartments, if you request a drop off and pick up at the Singala Hotel. The Resort Hopper is inexpensive, but you may need to wait for up to 45 mins for other guest going to the resort.


A 10 minute walk into town centre where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars. The apartment is a 1 minute walk to the famous Pine walk and beach. The 4star Hotel llla d'Or is a short stroll away, a perfect location for pre dinner drinks overlooking the bay. The small & friendly hotel Singala is directly opposite, with a bar and restaurant. There is a supermarket attached to the complex, which has a bar and outdoor tables, serving delicious and freshly made food.

Nearest available ATM, 10 minute walk in town, charges may apply. Nearest Bike hire available opposite the hotel Ora Playa 4 minute walk away. Sailing and water sports bookings approx 12 minute walk at the Marina. Bus stops at the Marina.

The complex is secure. It is quiet at night and the noise in the day is from families in the pool and children laughing and playing. The beach has complete shallow bathing. The sea is clean and the beaches ideal for children.
