Apartment in Estepona Port Andalusia Costa del Sol, Spain - Peasefull Location, 2 Min Walk to Supermarket,marina and 10 Minutes to Beach

The apartment is located close to the Supersol supermarket on the opposite side of the road. The Urbanisation is gated and very secure. There is plenty of space around the gardens and two swimming pools with sunbeds for you to use. The apartment front door is locked with security keys. Estepona Port, with many good restaurants, is about 2 minutes away, the nearest supermarket and Pharmacy is metres from the complex and the town centre can be walked, in about 15 minutes. The beach can be reached in 8-10 min. All in all an ideal quality base for your holiday in Estepona.

Notes on accommodation: We have a caretaker connected to the apartment. She lives in the residence, and will meet you, with the keys for the apartment, she is also the person, you have to contact if you have questions/problems regarding the apartment. She will be the person you have to contact regarding your arrival and departure. Outside: Garden area with two shared pools (life guards in summer) one pool is more child friendly. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning/Towels/Linen/ Bed linen and Towels provided. If needed you have to wash towels and bed linnen your selves. Wasking mashine is available. Iron, Ironing Board is also available. Endcleaning included. Other: Large south facing terrace, 40m2,with patio furniture for outside living/dining. Half of the terrace is in the shadow all day, and the front of the terrace is full sunned.

Lovely well equipped apartment close to marina and beach

We stayed for a week in this apartment in April. Situated within a lovely, well maintained, secure, gated complex the apartment is well appointed with a large living area, 2 good size bedrooms with very comfortable beds and two bathrooms with excellent showers.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with modern appliances/utensils/cutlery/equipment.

As advertised they have full international channels on a modern tv and excellent WiFi that works throughout the entire property.

The nicest part of the house is the huge south facing balcony that our toddler loved to play out on. It gets the sun for most of the day and also has a Webber Gas Barbecue that was fully functional.

The owners were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful.

I would have no problem recommending this apartment as it is excellent value for money.

A pleasant escape to the sun.

A larger than average apartment with larger than usual balcony for sunbathing and dining.We stayed mid September during which time it was possible to sunbathe from 10am - 3.30pm on the balcony.Plus the sun shone all day on grassed area at the back of the apartment.

The bathrooms are a good size and both showers worked well with almost instant hot water at a good pressure level.

The kitchen has everything you need and is also a nice size.The cooker is excellent and the large fridge/ freezer is the best we have ever used.

The living / dining area is above average size and though we only used the air con twice and for less than an hour in total we found it worked really well.

The Wifi and Internet tv worked really well,though the sound on the tv was typically slimline tinny.A decent cheap sound bar would certainly improve matters here.


The apartment is close to three Supermarkets,two local weekly markets and the harbour which contains many restaurants and bars.

A taxi rank and the no 75 bus stop which takes goes to Marbella and El Canada mall are just along the road next to the Estepona sign roundabout.

You can also walk along the very pleasant sea front promenade to the main town.There are a number of market stalls set up on the promenade in the evening.The town has a great variety of shops,restaurants and bang up to date fashion stores.The picturesque old town is well worth a visit and also within easy reach for those who like walking.

The area immediately surrounding the apartment consists of a number of small hills and can become very busy with traffic.

Though the balcony of the apartment overlooks a road the traffic noise is not really that intrusive.Though during our stay we did encounter the local show off with his extra loud exhaust.


The complex in which the apartment is sited is not an enormous sprawl and is very secure.It is also very private and has two nice swimming pools and well kept gardens with well manicured lawns.

The staff are also very friendly.

One of the things things we liked most about Estepona was that the people were very welcoming and an added big plus was that there were no slobs or drunks to be found anywhere.

Had another fabulous holiday at the Puerto Alto, apartment was like home from home, and had everything you need, and more! It was spacious, clean, in a great spot and we will be returning!

A superb very well equipped comfortable apartment

We had a great week here. Excellent location. Walking distance to the port, old town and Wednesday market. Super Sol on the doorstep. The only downside for me personally is the second bedroom is very dark and the twin beds not nearly as comfortable as main double bedroom. It would be perfect for young children but I don't consider it suitable for adults. I would have given 5 stars otherwise as everything else was fantastic.

Great location & fantastic apartment.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with everything ,from the location to the facilities of this apartment.

This apartment is so well equipped inside and out on the balcony.

Everything you need for your stay.

The department is a stones throw away from 2 supermarkets and the port with many restaurants & nice bars and a lovely seafront stroll in to Estapona town centre.

The grounds are all well looked after and it is very secure.

Nice apartment,clean and big outside space.

Very near the supermarket and harbour.

The apartment is situated close to the marina with beaches to both sides, to the left is Cristo Beach which is family friendly with a beach bar, sun loungers etc. To the right is the main beach running along the front of Estepona with the promenade running the length of this leading to the town. Both of these are within 5 min walk of the apartment. The marina is in front of the apartment which is still a working fishing port and marina which is about 2min walk.


The main airport servicing this coast is Malaga which is approximately 45 min from Estepona, you can also use Gibraltar if you are arriving from England,which is about 30min the other side of Estepona. A car is not required if you stay within Estepona as everything is within walking distance, but We would recommend one as there are so many places of interest within a short drive, such as Ronda, Puerto Banus and Marbella. There is a bus station in the town which a service is provided to each.


Gibraltar - 30 Mins

Marbella - 20 Mins

Puerto Banus - 15 Mins

Malaga - 45 Mins

Ronda - 60 Mins

Further Details:

Puerto Banus is 10km away and is a must to see. With high scale restaurants and the major fashion houses all having stores here. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Armani and Versace are worth a look (Even for window shopping). Marbella is a further 5 min drive and the Orange Market is definitely worth paying a visit.. Other attractions include Estepona market, which is one of the largest in Spain and on a Wednesday morning is alive with everything you need. Sunday sees the market at the port where you can sit and have coffee or take a relaxing walk around the stalls. Gibraltar, with it's duty free shopping is a 25min drive but be sure to take your passport. Selwo Safari Park is a 10 min drive away and is well worth a visit.
