Villa in Calle Niagara, Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Peaceful Location But Only 10 Mins Walk To Numerous Bars/ Restaurants And 20mins Walk To The Beach

Built in 1999 this property was the first of the Iria residential communities. It is within a secure gated area and only 100 yards from the pool. It has a private driveway. Air conditioning on both ground and first floors. Cable TV with British channels. It is within walking distance of all local amenities; many golf courses and places of interest only a short drive away.

About Ian Taylor

I have lived in Leeds all my life and I am married with a grown up family. We bought the house in Playa Flamenca so that we could enjoy sunny holidays and have always kept it as our own home from home.

Last year I decided to take early retirement and now have the time to arrange the letting of our house in Spain. It has not been let before and we have always treated it with care and looked after it.

Our own children have had some fantastic holidays in Playa Flamenca but they are travelling further afield now. It seems the right time to rent and let someone else have the opportunity to enjoy happy times there just like we did.

Why Ian Taylor chose Alicante Province and Costa Blanca

We bought this property because it was well constructed in a Spanish style and the rooms are a decent size compared to others we looked at.

There are lots of good quality safe and clean beaches in the local area.

We enjoyed a day on the beach and then coming home for a dip in the lovely pool before enjoying a meal and playing games on the terrace.

The area become more developed as a holiday resort and there are now lots of things to do during the day and numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance to visit in the evening.

What makes this villa unique

It is located in a private gated community, its quiet and the locals, mostly British are friendly. The community pool is private for residents and guests only and is considered by locals to be the best one in the area.

Outside: A table and six chairs are provided for the ground floor terrace. On the first floor balcony there is a table and two chairs. On the rooftop solarium there are three sun beds. Utility Room: There is a small "galley" next to the kitchen which is mainly used for storing and drying. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and bed linen are provided, there is a washing machine and a line on the rooftop. All cleaning appliances are in the villa e.g. vacuum cleaner, sweeping brush, mop and bucket. If you require a washing and cleaning service this can be arranged.

Just returned from a great holiday in Playa Flamenca.We had a wonderful time,the villa was great,(with THE most comfortable beds ever!)had everything we needed to ensure a true home from home feel.The urbanisation was very quiet and the people around us very quickly became friends.There is a great holiday,chilled atmosphere and the pool was a delight,our daughter loved it and made many friends.The villa is in a great location,close to bars and restaurants but I would recommend a car for shopping at the several local supermarkets.I could go on and on but I would like to finish by saying a huge thankyou to the villa owners who made everything so easy,from initial enquiries to handover of the keys it was totally hassle free.So thankyou Ian for everything we had afabulous holiday in your villa and we will highly recommend your villa to anybody who wants a true spanish break.

Refundable Damage Deposit £75
Cleaning £70

Booking Notes:
To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required, with the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival. A minimum bond of £75 is also required to cover possible damages (£50 per week for 2 weeks and over), this will be refunded immediately after the property has been checked after your departure. For bookings made within six weeks of arrival payment in full will be required. Please note there is a cleaning charge of 75 euros which needs to be paid direct to the cleaning lady when you meet her at the villa.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is the preferred changeover day but we appreciate this is not always possible and remain flexible. The property is always cleaned before your arrival therefore access is after 4pm. Please leave the property by 12pm latest on your departure day.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
