Quicks Cottage was refurbished in conjunction with the National Trust, this former Victorian miners cottage is now a luxury holiday let. Bright and spacious the cottage is located a mile to the west of St Ives harbour and is part of a private gated hamlet of a dozen individual properties. Sweeping sea views and meadowland surround the hamlet with miles of scenic walking routes on the doorstep. The luxury interior is a mix of traditional and contemporary. Exposed granite, wooden floors.

Five sandy beaches, harbour side restaurants, cafes, shops and bars of St Ives all within five minutes. Stunning scenery on a coastal walk across cornish meadows with the sea as your backdrop takes you there in twenty minutes on foot.

Further Details:

Trowan is a private gated community of twelve individual cottages hidden at the end of a Cornish lane and surrounded by meadowland with the sea to three sides. Most of the cottages are second family homes. Peaceful location but within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of St Ives. Easy access to the coastal path and acres of fields for children to run around in.
