Beautiful house sitting over the beach with amazing sea views.

A magical location in a magical place – Long Loft will provide you with that wonderful experience. Whether you are watching boats bobbing on the sea, gazing out to moonlit beams on the waves or waiting for waves to break on the beach below this is a place you won’t want to leave. Long Loft, once a pilchard cellar was converted about 60 years ago and now offers beautiful accommodation with stunning views from almost every window. Outside you will find a cobbled entrance with large patio leading out to a 30ft balcony sitting right over the Little Beach in Cadgwith Cove. Just outside the house you will find steps lead down to this beach and the little shops, restaurant and pub are all within a stone’s throw away. ACCOMMODATION: GROUND FLOOR: Large entrance hall with slate floor: plenty of space for coats, shoes and beach gear . LARGE LOUNGE: with comfortable seating and amazing sea views. For cooler days there is a cosy log burning stove. Sky TV and DVD. LARGE KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: fully equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave. Views over the courtyard and out to sea. Large dining table and chairs. Freeview TV. FIRST FLOOR: MASTER BEDROOM: with king size double bed with sea views. Large wardrobe. BUNK BEDDED ROOM with single size beds and Butler's wardrobe. SHOWER ROOM with enclosed walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. TWIN ROOM. LARGE KING SIZE DOUBLE BEDROOM. All bedrooms have sea views. BATHROOM: with bath and overhead shower, wash basin and WC. PATIO AND BALCONY: with table and chairs, outdoor couches and sun loungers. PARKING: space for 2 cars just outside. HEATING: central heating and wood burning stove. PETS: welcome. SPECIAL NOTES: the house is separated into 2 parts – the lady owner lives at the end of the house with her two dogs. Towels are inclusive in the rental. There is a baby cot for a small baby, baby bath, high chair and play mat.

We have been staying in Cadgwith Cove for years and just love the relaxed atmosphere and the lovely people in the village. This house has the greatest location - you won't want to leave.

We love the Lizard peninsula with its lovely beaches and it still seems to be the most unspoilt part of Cornwall.

What makes this house unique

Long Loft has the beach below, close to the village pub and restaurant. Cadgwith is the place to stay for everything.

Helston - 10 miles away. Falmouth, Penzance, Truro, St Ives are all about 20 miles away.

Further Details:

Cadgwith has a brilliant pub with folk music and shanty singing. There is the Old Cellars restaurant. The Cadgwith Crab Shop and Cadgwith Fish Seller both provide excellent seafood. Little Beach Stores offers groceries and snacks. The Crows Nest and The Watch House are delightful shops to browse around.
