Beachfront House near Torre del Mar - Unique Beachside Location, With Fabulous Sea Views And Only 10 Metres From The Beach

Traditional beachfront house completely restored in 2009. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and provides very comfortable accommodation for 4 persons. The delightful bright sitting room leads to a modern fully equipped kitchen/dining area. Beyond the kitchen is a very useful utility room.

On the first floor, the en-suite south facing master bedroom opens onto a beautiful dining terrace with sun loungers, enjoying fantastic views of the sea and coastline. The large very private terrace is perfect for sunbathing and eating al fresco.

Take a stroll eastward and within 2 minutes you will find yourself on the palm tree lined promenade, with its numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. Walk 5 minutes westwards and you will reach the yachts at Caleta de Velez marina.

There are a good selection of local shops and two large well known supermarkets all within easy walking distance.

Malaga is about a 40 minute drive away by car, or take a bus from the airport. The nearest bus stop is just 5 minutes walk and local buses go regularly to Torre del Mar, Malaga and Nerja.

Beautiful sea view !

Brisa Mar is a lovely little cottage on a charming authentically Spanish street across the road from the sea. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The terrace is wonderful for relaxing, sunbathing and people watching.

There are nice walks in every direction and a local bus service to lots of different places such as Competa, Nerja, Malaga etc. There are lots of good restaurants to chose from and good fresh fish shops, cake shops and supermarkets on the Main Street. It's perfect for a relaxing holiday.!

Perfect location and a lovely place to stay!

Brisa Mar was one of the best holidays we've had. We spent a week there and as soon as we left we were missing it. Everything in the house was clean, the beds were comfy, lovely showers and the kitchen had eveything we needed down to the electric lemon squeezer (I want one!!) We loved how handy the beach was, beach towels, chairs and parasols were all provided and every morning when we went out for our morning swim with the kids, we had the beach more or less to ourselves! Wow, fond memories indeed, thanks Barry and Jill!

Excellent accommodation

Our holiday was from 7/7 to 21/7/2016. A very good description of this property however when you actually get there the view and accommodation is stunning. A very well equipped house from kitchen utensils down to beach towels. Literally a stones throw from a shingle beach so beach shoes advisable. Water is very clear and warm and the locals use it on weekends so this is praise in itself. A small walk of 100yards you can be at the local shops and beach restaurants which are very good value, 20 euros for 2 meals and drinks. Jill & Barry are excellent hosts and can cater for every need. We will be booking another holiday at this lovely property.

Excellent holiday home

The photo fully represents the beautiful view from the balcony which is accessed from the double bedroom. Looking out to the right you can see the coast around to Torre del Mar. House is lovely and clean and fully equipped down to beach towels. Jill & Barry provide a warm welcome and are on hand throughout the holiday should you need anything. I would definitely recommend this house, which is a stones throw from a lovely beach restaurant and a promenade which has cafes, ice-cream parlour etc. In the evening stalls are put up selling a variety of goods. We stayed for 2 weeks and will book again

Brisa Mar.

We stayed for three weeks in this home from home. We settled in straight away and didn't want to leave.

The beach is literally across the road , and the local restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes walk , so you can choose to eat in or go out.

Barry and Jill were very helpful in everything we needed , including helping us arrange a trip to Gibraltar.

We would recommend Brisa Mar to anyone.

Make sure you follow Barry's instructions on how to get there from the airport , rather than using your sat nav.

Brisa Mar is a little gem!...location is perfect...lovely sea views from the terrace...very clean..well maintained...very well equipped...home from home!

The owners...Barry and Jill were very helpful and responsive to all our emails...was lovely to meet them.

Would definately return to Brisa Mar and would recommend to friends and family....even though we want to keep it to ourselves!!...our little oasis of calm.
