3 Bedrooms, 2 double one en suite with walk in shower,

1 twin , one family bathroom.

Bedrooms have air conditioning units also ceiling fansin all bedrooms.

Kitchen, dishwasher,washing machine,microwave, gas oven, gas hob,fridge/freezer, coffee maker ,toaster,a variety of crockery,cutlery, pots,pans.

Large L shaped lounge with free standing air conditioning units.

Outside dining area,table /chairs

BBQ, area gas or charcoal by choice.

Swimming pool, with relaxing area around pool, steps to both ends of pool.

Sun loungers and sun chairs around pool area for relaxing.

Large Sun parasols are supplied for shade which can be moved around for shade.

Towels are provided for pool area .

Stairs to sun terrace

(use at your own risk ).

Carport /parking two cars. Extra car parking in street if needed.

Walking distance to bars,restaurants and local shop .

Bus route into Chiclana and surrounding towns including San Fernando and Cadiz top of main road.

Conil , Barrossa have lovely beaches and come alive with restaurants and spanish shops at night in the small streets.

Conil has intertainment in the centre just up the main hill from sea front , most nights through the summer season .

Chiclana is also in the process off a tram line waiting to be finished information to follow.

The villa is equipped with WIFI and Spanish,English television..

Plenty of reading books , board games etc for your use.

Security alarms installed as well.

We now have solar which has been a addition to the villa this year 2017. Which will benefit us all .

Water is provided by well and two large water .containers ,which fill as they empty.
