When you need lots of space, this magnificent three storey Grade II listed Regency town house is ideal. Situated in one of the most prestigious terraces in Montpellier, in the heart of Cheltenham, it allows a large group to enjoy elegant, city living. Number 14 has good sized Regency rooms with original features and high ceilings giving a light, airy and spacious feel throughout the house. Beautiful reception rooms, cool White Company style décor and wonderful views over Montpellier Gardens make this property extra special. Individually designed, the house is homely and welcoming and has all the luxury and practical extras you would expect of a 4* Gold Award property. There’s a first floor drawing room with high windows overlooking the gardens, a large contemporary kitchen/diner that comes fully stocked for those who want to cook and a formal dining room at the front if you wish to eat in elegant style. Four lovely bedrooms, situated over 2 floors, wait above . The two master bedrooms are enormous with beautiful furniture and furnishings and very comfortable beds dressed in crisp, white bedlinen. Both these bedrooms also enjoy smart en suite shower rooms. The two smaller bedrooms share a large bathroom with bath/shower. There’s also a downstairs cloakroom, a small laundry on the first floor, TVs in 3 of the rooms and WiFi throughout. Three of the bedrooms have Vi-Spring zip and link beds which can be made as super king size doubles or 2 singles. The bed in the fourth bedroom can only be configured as a super king size double. Serviced weekly, with bedlinen, big soft towels & Molton Brown toiletries all included, we like to believe that every detail has been thought of!

About the Owner

I have enjoyed managing this property for the last 6 years on behalf of a Thai family. Having grown up in Cheltenham (living in a house further down the street!), I am very passionate about Cheltenham and in particular, Montpellier Spa Road, the gardens and the surrounding area!

Attention to detail and a personal, friendly service has always been our up most priority.

We have also taken much pleasure in personally decorating and renovating the property ourselves and have enjoyed and prided ourselves in making it as comfortable and luxurious as possible.

Our other family business - a beautiful country house hotel called The Traddock – is well worth considering should you wish to ‘get away from it all’ up in the glorious Yorkshire Dales national park.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting

Myself and some friends enjoyed the house for 2 nights. The pictures do not quite do the property justice, it is really beautiful with large light rooms all with lovely decor. Beds huge and comfortable, lovely plush furnishings, all very grand but with that cosy homely feel.

Overall we had a great stay and the location is perfect. The house looks out into a pretty regency street with a park opposite and the lovely streets of central Cheltenham are a stones throw away.

The house is situated in a tranquil town location overlooking beautiful gardens either side of the house (the road is one way with very little through traffic), yet, is in easy reach of all that the town has to offer.
