A fully self contained unit comprising kitchen/living space, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower/bath.

We have 3 two bedroom cottages available:

The Stable : 2 step access to ground floor, double and twin bedrooms, bath over shower, shared lawn.

The Granary : External steps to 1st floor, double and twin rooms, separate bath and shower, shared lawn.

The Back Yard : Single step access to ground floor, double and twin rooms, bath over shower, private lawn.

Traditional barn conversion in keeping with the original buildings, we are situated adjacent to a small working farm with rolling countryside in every direction.

However we are within a ten minute drive from the local market town of Cowbridge, half an hour from Cardiff and Bridgend or an hour away from Swansea.

The nearest motorway junction is a 15 minute drive (M4 either J34/35)

About Claire J Rosser

Jon & Claire Rosser and family have run the family farm for over 50 years, deciding to convert the old parlour and surrounding stone buildings into holiday accommodation in 1999.

Always happy to welcome holiday makers or travelling businessmen and women.

Notes on accommodation: While we do not provide internet access as our telephone lines would not support reasonable speeds, we can recommend 3 mobile broadband. We use 3 in the main farmhouse and get very good download speeds. There are various SIM deals available. Outside: One cottage has private lawn, others share a lawn/courtyard. Outside furniture available. Short walk to rolling countryside and public footpaths. Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer and communal fridge/freezer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Self catering, bed linen and towels provided.
