Sleeps 10, a 5 bedroom modern family house, just 10 minutes walk from Bude's beaches and town centre. Located in a quiet residential area No.30 Stapleton Road offers off-road parking for up to 8 cars, 3no. double (2no. en'suite) and 2no. twin bedrooms all with TVs, cot & highchair if required, WiFi, private secure south facing garden with large patio & BBQ area ideal for large families or groups.

All of the bedrooms are on the first floor along with the family bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/breakfast room with a separate utility room and WC. There is a dining room set between the kitchen and large triple aspect lounge.

A selection of toys, games and junior snooker table are provided along with windbreaks for the beach. There is also BT vision including BT sports and Netflix

Notes on accommodation: Large duel aspect separate lounge with TV including BT vision, BT sport and DVD player. The lounge has 2 large sofa's, chair, other occasional seating and has a real flame gas fire. Spacious modern kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and granit worktops. Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining room off kitchen with French doors onto rear south facing patio / garden complete with with garden furniture. There are 5 bedrooms (2no. en'suite) on the first floor. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Unfortunatly there is no bath or shower to ground floor, only WC & HB. Travel Cot supplied, but not cot bedding. Central heating & gas / electric inclusive. Outside: There is off-street parking for 8 cars, and the house sits at the of a private residential street. To the rear of the house there is south facing level patio with a few steps leading to a lawned area which is ideal for summer evening BBQs, with a charcoal BBQ. There are tables for eating al-fresco, and assorted garden chairs, benches and sun loungers. New timber picket timber fencing is in place between the higher garden level and patio for the 2015 season to make it even more user friendly for younger children. Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer with plenty of storage space for surfboards and the like. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The house is fully cleaned before your arrival, and beds are made up with fresh linen and clean towels for indoor use only. Please provide your own beach towels. Other: There is a separate dining room off the kitchen with French doors leading out to the paved patio area

House in a super location, large enough for our family of 10 and only 15min. Walk to beach and shops

Our family included young grandchildren, parents and grandparents. House large and clean and accommodated us all easily with plenty of furniture, crockery, pots and pans.

Location meant we could all carry out favourite activities, beach, walking, coffeehouses or lazing in the secure garden.

We had a family crisis and owner was extremely helpful and assisted us immensely - THANK YOU -

If you want a large house with plenty of parking, all facilities and perfect for beach, pubs, restaurants, walking trails, flat safe bike pathways then look no further and book this house.

Lovely spacious house very well equipped child friendly.

Great house -well equipped great facilities.lovely enclosed garden very child friendly. The whole family enjoyed the holiday. Takes approximately 20 mins to walk to Summerleaze beach. If you want to use your car it's best to get there early as parking is at a premium. Wide mouth Bay is about 10 mins away in the car - lovely beach , good cafe and parking.

Had a really great holiday house was lovely nice and clean and spacious plenty of room for the 10 of us jack who is 4 was really excited when he found the ride on tractors it was like home from home as we live on a farm would love to come back

About 15 minutes walk or a few minutes by car to the large sandy beaches including Budes open air swimming pool that is washed by the sea.

Bude and other beaches along this north Cornish coast are renowned for their surf.


Situated in a quieter residential street on edge of Bude town. A short stroll into town shops and beaches.

Further Details:

Bude is a tourist resort and the town has lots of cafes, restaurants, family pubs and is an alternative to the busier resort of Newquay. Ideal for walking the cliff paths or along Bude Canal. Splash is an indoor swimming pool with wave machine and Ten Pin bowling next door with an outdoor sea pool at Bude's Summerleaze beach. Links golf at Bude and a second course a few miles away which caters for the occasional player, like myself. Sea fishing can be off the breakwater or the beach coarse fishing along the canel banks and lakes.
