LA FLORIDA!!! 10 MINUTES DRIVE AWAY FROM THE FAMOUS TOURIST AREAS OF LOS CRISTIANOS & LAS AMERICAS!!!

Villa Evelyn has an idyllic location in Tenerife South. Built in a very exclusive area, well known as "LA FLORIDA" and which only has private villas, it is only 15 minutes away from Reina Sofia airport in the South of the island.

The property is also only 10/15 minutes away from the most well known Golf courses on the island, Golf del Sur, Las Americas Golf course, Los Palos Golf course in Guaza and the prestigious Costa Adeje Golf Course.

A few minutes’ walk away there are 2 well known residential areas LA CAMELLA and VALLE SAN LORENZO, where you can find several bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants.

The famous tourist areas of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only 10 minutes drive away, where you can find golden beaches, many shopping centers, bars, restaurants and night clubs before to coming back to the peace and tranquillity of your wonderful villa “Evelyn”.

Just 200 meters away from the property there is a Tennis Club “La Florida”. You can also enjoy types of activities such as sailing, windsurfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking and horse-riding, all just a 5 minute drive away.

Villa Evelyn is built on only one floor with a total of 160 sq.m. interior on a plot of land of 570 sq.m., which includes a nice private heated (optional) swimming pool, and a lovely garden area with B.B.Q. The front terrace is more than 200 sq.m.

It has 4 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms (2 en suite) and a toilet. From the lounge area and from the main bedroom you can walk out to the huge terrace, where you can appreciate a wonderful view over the south coast of the island and to the ocean. It has been recently refurbished in a nice modern style.

The huge and modern independent kitchen is more than 18 sq.m., and it is completely furnished including dish-washer, electric oven, microwave, 1 big fridge-freezer, 1 smaller fridge, kettle, toaster and squeezer. The store room includes a washing machine and a dryer.

For your safety the pool area has been built with anti-slip tiles and for your comfort there are 8 news sun beds with thick cushions and a table with 6 chairs. The pool could be heated (60 euros extra per week).

In the lounge there is a nice 3 plus 2 seats sofa, a dinner table, a satellite Television which receives a lot of UK TV channels as BBC, ITV, CHANNEL 4 (and many more) and a DVD.

The master bedroom which enjoy a lovely ocean views receive the sun from the earliest hours of the day till late and it has a double size bed, a 6 doors built-in wardrobe which has several drawers, and a complete private bathroom of about 6 sq.m.

The second bedroom has a double size bed and a 4 doors built-in wardrobe, which has drawers. This bedroom has a private complete bathroom too.

The third bedroom which enjoy a lovely ocean and pool views has three singles beds, and 6 doors built-in wardrobe with drawers.

The fourth bedroom also enjoy a lovely ocean and pool views and it has a double size bed with a 2 doors built-in wardrobe with drawers.

The third bathroom is complete with shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.

An ironing board, an iron, a dishwasher with tablets soap and a washing machine with liquid soap are also available for your use.

The property also enjoys a double garage with automatic door remote control where you can park 2 standard cars. Please note that the maximum height of the garage is 185 cm therefore the higher cars of this measure can not be parked inside of it. Just 100 meters away (on the back road of the villa) outdoor public car parks are available (for free).

Welcome package: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water on your arrival.

Please note that my rates are for groups up to 6 guests. Additional guests will be charged 15 euros per night per guest. I do not charge for children up to 2 years.

For reservations of high season like Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter the outstanding balance has to be paid in full 60 days before the arrival.

I do not deal with groups of young people.

It's in the heart of the residential area of La Florida and the famous Los Cristianos and Las Americas, where you can find lovely beaches and a lots of shopping centers, are only 10 minutes driving away!

I have completely refurbished the villa in 2014 so all water pipes and the electrical circuit are new in accordance with Europeans Laws.

The villa also enjoy a private WI-FI internet connection and the TV receives the a lots of UK TV channels.

It is Located in a quiet residential area, and is ideal for Family Groups with kids and Maturer couple Groups. Satellite T.V. with BBC, ITV, CHANNEL 4, and many more UK channels. Baby's high chairs and cots are available at no extra cost. Private WI-FI and a welcome package are included in the price. Outside: From the front terrace, which is bigger than 200 sq.m. you can enjoy a amazing view over all the south coast of the island. The pool area is on the same level at the house and for your safety the floor around it has been built with anti-slip tiles. The pool size is 5x3 meters. For your comfort there are 8 new sun beds with a thick mat. The new garden is made of artificial grass and it is about 100 sq.m. Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Cleaning equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All the sheets, blankets and quilts covers are 100% thread -count cotton. Cleaning service once a week for rentals over 7 days. I do not cater for young groups, as this is not a suitable location for "party people".

Amazing villa

Just back from a week in this gorgeous villa! Spotlessly clean, well equipped, great location and Fabio & Davide couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely return to Villa Evelyn again. Our 8 year old son spent his week in the pool and we spent most evening enjoying the beautiful views from the patio.

Very close to most local attractions. We really enjoyed Siam water park which was only a 10 minute drive from the villa.

Thanks again Fabio for a fantastic week in Tenerife!

Fabulous villa! Great Location!

Had a marvelous week staying in this Villa. Very quite location but actually only 10 minutes away from the beach and town centre. Very safe area. Pool was excellent with very comfortable sun loungers. The villa was spotless clean and well decorated. Fabio was an excellent host and only a phone call away. I strongly recommend this villa and I definitely come back. Thanks for everything Fabio.

A wonderful Stay

Just returned from a weeks holiday at this amazing villa, with another family of 3. The villa is in a beautiful setting with ample space and seating to enjoy every aspect of the wonderful views in the sunshine. We did hire a car which came in very useful for grocery shopping as we ate in every lunch time and several evenings as it was just so comfortable we really didn't want to move!

Fabio the owner is just lovely, nothing is too much trouble and he booked a couple of local restaurants for us which were great value for money and good food (huge portions!) Thank you Fabio, would we return OH YES

Perfect for families with children of any age

Our stay was October half term with children aged 1,3,8,14 also with my parents age 65. The villa is set on the first floor which is perfect as it gets a lot of sun. The views are amazing and its in quite a central location with the El Teide volcano & the beach & Supermarket within a few minutes drive. The pool was the warmest pool we have ever come across in our 10 years of renting villas in Tenerife. The kids did not stop playing in it and I didnt see them shiver once! It was a small extra cost as it uses more electricity but well worth it. The sun loungers were comfortable and so were the beds. The pool was cleaned before we came and half way through our stay. We found that the dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, clothes washing powder and comfort, Milk ,T-Bags Sugar were already supplied which was a MASSIVE HELP as we have always spent money on this stuff and then had to leave it behind. Also Fabio is fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble, even down to printing off boarding passes. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this villa and will certainly be coming back again!

Fantastic Stay

Fantastic stay, family of 4, plenty of room for all, Fabio a lovely, friendly, helpful gentleman who communicated regularly thought out the booking and answered any questions even while we were staying at the property. I would recommend hiring a car, the cost of this in reality is pretty cheap. Thanks again Fabio and hopefully stay again.

fabulous location

My husband and I recently stayed at Villa Evelyn. Fabio, the owner is a charming host and was very understanding when our plane was delayed and so our arrival was later than planned. He was able to recommend a lovely local restaurant for our first evening 'Era las Mozas' which I highly recommend. Fabio also provided beers wine and chocolate as an arrival gift which was a lovely touch

The villa is in a quiet location on the edge of Arona, a small town which has everything that you need. We hired a car for the week but you could manage without; we walked into town on a couple of occasions during the week. The area is quite highly and there's a flight of steps up to the villa so not recommended for those with mobility problems .

Villa Evelyn was immaculately clean throughout. The kitchen has all the white goods you need for the week although, if you like to cook using the wonderful local produce , then the utensils ( chopping board, pans ,knives) could do with replacing .

The large patio at the front of the house is a great feature . The pool is clean and great for a cooling off , but would be very small if used by more than a couple and/or small children .

The region is beautiful and we ventured up into the national park which was spectacular.

Owner's Response: Hi Judith, I am very happy to know that you found my place immaculately clean throughout and that you have appreciated my welcome. Believe me it is hasn´t been a problem waiting for much longer than the estimated time of landing, because for my personal point of view it is never too early or too late to receive guests. I think it's extremely important to show the whole property and give personal advice in order to avoid loss of time and let them have a comfortable stay. But to be honest with you I think that your general evaluation of only three stars is not that fair and even a bit contradictory to what you wrote. I mean my utensils could be not new but they are clean, without any damage and perfectly working. As for the knives I can only say that I bought a new set (steel) only a month ago. The pool size is 5 x 3 meters. I have been living in the property for a few years with my parents, my wife and 2 children and we all use the pool at the same time for a cooling off without having the feeling that was to small. Also I received groups up to 8/9 people in the past and again they haven't noticed that the pool was a bit small for a cooling off, so it is a bit strange that you had this feeling especially if you take in mind that you were only two adult. Yes is true that to get into my property you have a stair (1.80 meters of wide) of 9 steps, but again I can tell you that I have received in the past some guest with some mobility problems, which thankfully you don't have, and they did not have any complain about the initial steps. Probably they have appreciated the fact that the whole area (after the steps), of more than 560 sq.m., is in only one level. Anyway I am glad that you had a very restful stay.

The changeover day is flexible. Check-in and check out is flexible unless arrivals and departures are on the same day. In this circumstances the check-in is after 3 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m.

Notes on prices:

1). The rates are for 6 people occupying the villa. For additional people in your party please add 15 Euros per person per night.

2). A payment of 400 €UROS a week will be required to confirm the booking. The balance has to be paid on cash on arrival in Euros or Sterling.

3). 400 €UROS security deposit is required on arrival in case of any caused damage. It will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been caused.
