Newly renovated Villa sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms with up to 15. Villa is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with a main and children's pool. The property is on Calle Golf next to La Siesta Golf course and has sea views from its primary location. It has seen a 50,000 Euro renovation including two new kitchens, Air conditioning, 55 and 46 inch Smart 3D Internet TV's, WIfi, new beds and extensive Outdoor/Garden furniture. This comprehensive property has been lovingly restored with great care time and attention to detail with no cost being spared. The Villa provides a welcoming and useful space that acts as the perfect base for exploring the delights of nearby Calahonda and its wonderful beaches.

The property sits across 3 floors. You enter on the Ground floor with a floor below and a floor above. There are bedrooms on all of the three floors and the ground and lower floors all have spacious living and dining areas with well equipped kitchens.

There is access onto the main terrace from the Ground floor lounge whilst the lower floor living space has large patio doors that open out onto the private manicured garden. The top floor bedrooms each have balconies that are ideal for breakfast or evening drinks.

As well as the 6 bedrooms extra guests can be accommodated via 2 sofa beds located in the lounge area on the lower floor.

There is lots of outdoor seating and dining space with a ten seat round rattan glass top table with lazy Suzy, 3 double rattan sofa's, 2 glass topped rattan tables, 2 rattan loungers and rattan glass topped drinks table. There is also a superb Mediterranean oven, which is perfect for making your own Al fresco culinary delights.

Access to the swimming pool is easy and in a quiet spot. There is off road parking for one car and parking on the road for others.

Why Paul Mandy chose Mijas area

We bought the property which is suitable for our large family it is in a great location for the beaches, shops bars and restaurants of Calahonda and is a 10 minute drive to either Marbella and Fuengirola. It is an extremely lively area but the Villa has large price tranquil gardens if you wish to relax and unwind.

Lovely property but location not ideal for families

This villa was lovely however it was located up extremely steep hills and to visit the main shopping strip (a 25 minute walk) or a beach with facilities, taxis were essential. For 12 people this became an unexpected cost of approx. 50/60 Euros each outing.

Unfortunately the 2 nearest restaurants by Siesta Golf were both closed for holidays during our visit so rather than 'cabbing' us all out each evening to the highway restaurants we ate in. The facilities were good for producing meals and dining al fresco, though unfortunately this year the flies were out in abundance.

The pool was lovely however there are no sunbeds/chairs/umbrellas allowed unless you carry them up and take them away again at the end of each visit. This was impractical as there are several sets of steps over the 2 minute walk to the pool. The villa would have benefitted from having a garden umbrella as there was little shade in the afternoon and there was not room on the terrace for 12 though the fans kept it cool inside.

We all had a lovely enjoyable holiday though it was totally different from the type of holiday we had anticipated.

Found the perfect family villa

Ths villa is almost perfection both inside and out. With no expense spared on the luxury renovation..We stayed at the Solobella Villa in May 2015 wanting quality time with our family of 12 (should have been 16 others couldn't make it) and that's exactly What we got in this spacious Villa We could not fault this Property as it was spotlessly clean and the pool area was brilliant . The area is quite but if you just want to relax and do nothing its ideal there are plenty of bars and restaurants if you don't mind walking or a few minutes in the car. We recommend Route 40 Argentinian Steak House and Chez Max's Beach amongst others (not to forget the golf close by)

The booking so easy as was pre arrival communication with the owner Paul who also put us in touch with a lovely lady who not only greeted us but made herself contactable throughout our stay

Mijas is a wonderful place as is Feungirola Marbella one of my favourites we used public transport runs every 1/2 hour to all of these places and more

We can't recommend this Villa enough and look forward to a return visit

Great holidays. Perfect place and house

The house is very nice. Needs a bit of maintenance, bulbs, persianas, washing machine.

Maybe we would like one big kitchen instead of 2 small.

You need a car to move for shopping, beach but in the night is very quiet and peace full.

BBQ is great. Swimming pool perfect.

Tv only in English. Skytv
