About the Owner

Hope End Farm has been owned by the Jackson family for over 100 years, where horses have played a major role in their lives, especially racing. Debbie and Tom both being jockeys themselves. Many a racehorse has been owned, trained and indeed won on the back of Hope End’s famous hilly 70 acres.

A really stunning cottage in an idyllic location with attention paid to every detail

  • 5 of 5

This is a really beautifully restored cottage ,fully equipped for the most discerning guest,in a gorgeous location with spectacular views of the Malvern Hills. It took us 10 minutes to drive to the Three Counties Showground with no traffic jams! Great Malvern is a fascinating town full of friendly people and of course the walking is wonderful although the wind nearly blew me off the British Camp.Deborah and her family are to be congratulated on a very special property and we would recommend it to anyone.

Hidden Gem

  • 5 of 5

If you're visiting the Malvern hills this barn conversion is a perfect base. A little tricky to find initially ;blame my sat nav) but once there - wow!!! Very quiet farm with fantastic views over the valley with nothing to see but fields and horses. The garden is large and completely secure if you take dogs with you. We sat each evening out in the patio looking out into the views. Inside the house won't disappoint. A well equipped kitchen with added bonus of nespresso coffee machine, Sky tv, DVD and wifi enough to keep the children quiet. Bedrooms are large and beds so comfy. At night, away from street lights, the rooms are so dark, and paves the way to a good nights sleep. We loved the barn and thanks to Debbie for the welcome hamper - a nice touch. Will definitely be back.

  • 5 of 5

Thank you to Debbie, Tom and family for a fantastic break. The converted barn is lovely, very modern and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Beautiful location, perfect for all the family including our dog. We have recommended Hope End to friends and family and hope to return in the future.

Good, clean accomodation

  • 4 of 5

The barn had beautiful views. It was ideally situated for touring this part of Worcestershire. Welcome pack was appreciated and Debbie was more than helpful. The barn was very well equipped although we had to buy a sharp knife (minor point) pun unintended. Beds comfortable.

Only negative was it could have done with more than one bathroom/toilet.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your lovely review and we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at our barn. I am sorry you did not find the briefcase of sharp knives, I must not have pointed this out to you, so again so sorry. Yes there is only one bathroom, it was a case of having one very well equipped bathroom and the two large bedrooms, this way we can offer 3 single beds in the one large room as we have so many families stay with us with 3 children.. It is a shame though as this was the only thing that stopped us getting 5 star status, instead we settled for 4 star gold. Thank you and we do hope to see you again in the future
