It's decorated and furnished in contemporary modern style, combining the warmth of the old wooden beams with the black kitchen. The open plan living area at the top floor has 2 distinct spaces:The large dining table and kitchen and a cosy seating area with a flat screen TV and wood-burning stove. There is a family bedroom with a shower room and a wc, downstairs,2 twin en-suite bedroom and a family area with double bedroom, bunk room and a shower room shared, another wc.

Le Refuge de L'Hermine is a lovely renovated farmhouse divided in 3 luxury brand new apartments: La terrasse for up to 10 people with an industrial cosy decoration, Le Petit Refuge for up to 7 people with a Scandinavian atmosphere and Le Loft for up to 12 people with a warmth contemporary style. A sauna and jacuzzi room at the underground to relax after enjoying the mountains in summer or winter. At just 50m from the free ski bus stop for a very short drive to go to the main lifts and town in Morzine, a bakery in front of the chalet. Parking spaces for each apartment, bikes storage, laundry room, boot dryer. The perfect base for family or friends holidays.

Why Le Loft chose Portes du Soleil area
The owner and his family felt in love with this area and built a first chalet in St Jean d'Aulps few years ago to make their family holiday home to come all together.
After this great adventure they decided to do another project in Morzine to propose nice luxury apartments for families, like them, to enjoy all the beauty and activities of Morzine and around.
What makes this apartment unique
Short drive to Morzine town, a lovely barn converted in luxury chalet with 3 apartments, just 50m from the ski bus, a bakery just in front, sauna, jacuzzi, private parking, laundry, boot dryer, ski storage.
30% required with the contract signature to book the chalet and the balance 6 weeks before arrival, with a chalet deposit (1000 to 1500€) and the local tax (1€/night/person).
Saturday to Saturday during the season and flexible out of the season.
