Le Refuge de L'Hermine is a lovely renovated farmhouse divided in 3 luxury brand new apartments: La terrasse for up to 10 people with an industrial cosy decoration, Le Petit Refuge for up to 7 people with a Scandinavian atmosphere and Le Loft for up to 12 people with a warmth contemporary style. A sauna and jacuzzi room at the underground to relax after enjoying the mountains in summer or winter. At just 50m from the free ski bus stop for a very short drive to go to the main lifts and town in Morzine, a bakery in front of the chalet. Parking spaces for each apartment, bikes storage, laundry room, boot dryer. The perfect base for family or friends holidays.

Luxury new apartment. The owner chose a contemporary industrial style for La Terrasse which is the ground floor of the farmhouse and sleeps up to 10. The open plan living area has a cosy wood-burning stove, and cosy sofas around the television. A large dining table is big enough for everyone to eat together, and the good sized-kitchen is very well equipped.There are 3 double en suite bedrooms, (one with an extra single bed under), and a bunk room with a third pull-out bed, making it the perfect choice for 2 families. There's also a separate shower room. The living-room has access to a private terrace On the underground there's a shared laundry room, a boot dryer room and a jacuzzi and sauna area, a great place to relax after an energetic day in the mountains.

From the Owner

The owner and his family felt in love with this area and built a first chalet in St Jean d'Aulps few years ago to make their family holiday home to come all together. After this great adventure they decided to do another project in Morzine to propose nice luxury apartments for families, like them, to enjoy all the beauty and activities of Morzine and around.
