We also require a security deposit of 250euros which is held and returned within 10days of departure providing that the villa is left in a tidy condition and no damage has occurred.

Although priced in euros we also accept payment in pounds sterling. Please ask for a conversion


For short stays a fixed fee of €100euros is charged to provide bed linen and towels (including beach/swimming towels).
