'Shangrila' is a two bedroom detached bungalow located close to the sea front in Sewerby village.

Conservatory/dining area leading to a fully enclosed lawned private garden with a patio area.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave and a washing machine etc.

Two bedrooms, one with a double and one with two single beds, all bed linen included.

A bathroom with bath and shower, wash basin, toilet.

Heating is with storage heaters and electric fires, which is included in the price.

Off road parking for two cars.

About the Owner

Established by me, Cynthia Dean in 1993, I take pride in my accommodation and like them to look nice, my aim is to please and make your holiday as comfortable as possible, I am on call if needed.

There are two bungalows in the lovely village of Sewerby near Bridlington and one bungalow near the lighthouse in Flamborough.

Both places are ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday in an area of outstanding beauty, with lots of interesting places to visit. All are near golf courses and ideal for sea bird watching.

I have spent many happy days in Sewerby walking my dog, sea watching and bird watching just sitting taking in the sea view

Its a wonderful place.

perfect location and cosy bungalow

this is in a great location, cosy bungalow, perfect for us, family of four with small dog. Good parking, quiet area and Great kitchen facilities and washing machine very handy! garden very well kept, only very minor issues could be a little more secure around the gate area and back of shed if you have a little pooch, a little dated in some areas, and would be great if had internet connection, but but we loved it and didn't want to go home will definitely return.

Lovely cottages throughout well maintained always clean and welcoming. Something always new when we come back. We have been coming for about 20 years and been in all Cynthias cottages. She has always made us very welcome and the cottages are too which makes us come back for more. Lovely settings and easy access for the beach and local amenities. Looking forward to October.

Super Holiday Bungalow

Description is very accurate, very clean and well maintained with extremely comfortable beds. We have been visiting now for 5 years and appreciate all the facilities. Ideal situation for us with our dog, having fully enclosed garden and being 2 minutes from the parkland at Sewerby. Have recommended to various friends and they have booked. The owner provides fantastic service, any problems she responds rapidly.

Lovely location, and perfect for dog owners, but the bungalow is pretty old school, needs updating.

The location of this bungalow is perfect with a very short walk to the beach, dog walks, a lovely dog friendly pub and plenty of walks.

The bungalow itself is very dated and in desperate need of redecorating, new carpets a must, patches of damp here and there, and the shower and bathroom floor need ripping out and starting again.

The conservatory and garden are great, and secure enough for our little pooch.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments I try to do some improvements every year this year I had a new kitchen installed. The bathroom floor had been redone but had aquired a creak one bedroom was redecorated I have planned on new carpets next year. It's an ongoing job. Shangrila is a holiday bungalow in a perfect location and loved by many returning guests.
