Situated in a quiet residential road just a few minutes walk from the entrance to the beautiful marina of Cala D'or. Villa Galio has been refurbished to a high standard. Modern, light, spacious with an infinity private heated pool. The ground floor has a large open plan lounge / dining area / kitchen with concertina doors, which slide back, flooding the room with light, bringing the outside in. Large roof terrace with covered seating area, downstairs large dining table and chairs, sunbeds surround the pool. Air-conditioning throughout, Sky free view sat TV, wifi. Outside: The property has an infinity pool which is heated to approximately 24 degrees for use during the cooler months of April, May, October and November. There is a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs. On the side of the property is a pool table. There is a brick built BBQ and large sun bathing terrace with sunbeds. Upstairs there is a larger roof terrace with soft seating and day bed. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and board Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels included in price.

Superb Family Villa

This Villa is simply beautiful. We stayed here with 3 couples and two small children and I can honestly say its one of the best holidays we have had. Grace, the owner of this Villa, has thought of everything. We had a life saving food pack when we arrived in the small hours!

The Villa is spacious and well equipped, items for young children are provided upon request. The layout is great, my parents used the Master Room at the top of the Villa which is like a penthouse suite!!!! They loved their own space, while the ground floor is perfect for two more couples and the babies stayed downstairs.

Fabulous location, 3 minute walk to Cala D'or Marina with its lovely bars and restaurants, a local SPAR shop is literally 2 minutes walk for all your basic food items.

If you want a memorable family holiday then this is the Villa for you, we will be returning!!!

Absolutely fantastic

We came here for a family holiday, stayed a week and discovered the villa is even better in person than the pictures do justice for! It was cleaned to a high standard on our arrival and the pool was cleaned mid way into our holiday as well. It is in walking distance to the beach, shops and family friendly restaurants and has a local food shop just around the corner. It was extremely comfortable to stay in and would definitely recommend to others and/or return myself. The owner was very helpful in giving us information to help book transfers to and from the airport.

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is Cala des Pou, which is 10 minutes walk.

Cala des Pou: the beach is 25m long and the military building Es Forti, now open as a museum, can be seen from the beach. There are showers and toilets available, also sun beds and parasols for rent.

There are tennis courts within 5 minutes walk – clay courts at top of the road and two hard courts at Hotel around the corner – all open to the public.

The marina is a two minute walk away.

Travel:

Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 45 minute drive.

We can also provide transfers for you.

Distances:

The marina is a two minute walk.

Santanyi and Felanitx are approx 20 minute drive, where there are 3 weekly markets held.

The monastry at San Salvador is a 10 minute drive and worth a visit, just for the breathtaking views.

Further Details:

The shops, bars and restaurants of Cala Egos are a short 10 minute walk.

There is a small supermarket in the marina which is a 2 minute walk. In the marina are an array of shops, bars and restaurants.

There is ample parking directly outside the villa on the road.
