Penthouse in Roda Golf Resort, Murcia, Spain - Peaceful Location With Shared Pool And Garden. Private Solarium With 4 Sun Loungers & Gas Bbq.Free Wifi; Air Con; TV

This modern front line penthouse apartment. is south facing, so is bright & airy throughout. It is maintained & furnished to a very high standard, with free wifi, full air conditioning & central heating. There is a large rooftop solarium enjoying sunshine all day long, but a pergola is available for shade from the sun. A gas BBQ, dining table/chairs & 4 sun loungers are supplied, meaning the solarium can be used from breakfast to bedtime. From the solarium, on one side stunning views can be seen over the PGA Roda golf course to the mountains beyond & out to the sea of the Mar Menor. The other side overlooks the communal pool & gardens with views to the countryside behind. The pool & gardens area is a pleasant setting for swimming, sunbathing & relaxing & is seldom busy even in high season. The entrance door to the apartment opens into the lounge/dining area which has dining & seating for 4 people, together with a TV;DVD player & i-pod dock.  From there a patio door leads out to the sun terrace where there is  another comfortable suite consisting of a rattan settee, 2 chairs & coffee table suitable for 4. From here there are beautiful views over the golf course. There is also a patio door from the master bedroom out onto the balcony, with more stunning views of the golf course. Stone stairs lead from here up to the roof top solarium. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed & one with 2 singles (which can be converted to a double). 2 bath/shower rooms are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, cutlery, crockery, etc. There is underground garage parking for extra security & shade from the sun. The on-site club house has restaurant & bar facilities offering both bar snacks & a full restaurant menu. There is free Wi-fi access at the club house. A small convenience shop is also on site. Sports facilities apart from the golf include a gym, tennis, basketball & 5 a side football. Outside of the complex, the town's main square is approx. only 1.5 km away. Here there are plenty of shops/supermarkets. bars & restaurants & taxis are available to/from there. The beach is approx 3.0km away.

Bicycles can be hired from the office at the main gate of Roda Golf.

Excellent Apartment

Was everything we expected, clean, quality furnishings and fabulous views over the golf course from both the balcony and the solarium. Swimming pool was always clean and inviting. Stuart the manager could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent Penthouse Apartment

Stayed at the apartment for 4 nights at the end of August 2016 and for us everything was perfect.

The booking and meet & greet procedures couldn't have been easier and the apartment was fantastic for our needs. Carolyn and Colin have obviously put a lot of time and thought into the apartment and what is needed to make a great holiday and as a result it has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with many extras such as a dishwasher and portable sunbeds which you can take to the pool.

We loved sitting on the lounge or roof terrace looking out over the fantastic views - very relaxing.

I wouldn't hesitate to book again and our only regret is that we didn't go for longer!

Amazing Penthouse Apartment - 5 star

The apartment was incredible, beautifully furnished, the most amazing views from the living room balcony and the incredible roof terrace (Sunsets from her4e were superb), the resort is very quiet, but we knew this and had a car and it is so close to everything that it didn’t matter. 5 minutes drive in any direction are a multitude of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach is 2 more minutes away. (The underground car park was a bonus as well with a cool car to drive away in at any time of day.

The resort pool outside the block front door was fabulous, too, swimming in it was a pleasure morning or later on. The forecast said 25-28C which for May was good. We took a portable clock with thermometer on it and the first week was 41-44C and the 2nd week was cooler at 35-39C! With that sun terrace it was heaven! What a perfect place to unwind, away from the real life stresses

An excellent holiday, apartment and service from Colin & Carolyn. Worth every penny and more!

When a booking is requested, the owners will send the guests a booking contract confirming all the details and payment procedures.
A confirmation deposit of 25% of the rental is required when booking.
The final balance is due 6 weeks before the arrival date.
A £100 REFUDABLE damages/breakages deposit is requested with the final payment.
This will be refunded within 2 weeks of the departure day if there are no damages, or excessive cleaning required.

There is a fee of 65 Euros for 2 people, or 75 Euros for 3 or more people, for the cleaning & laundry after your stay, which is payable to our property manager on arrival.

  • Outside: Outside from the lounge is a sun terrace with a comfortable rattan suite of a settee, 2 chairs & a coffee table for relaxing with a cool drink & snacks. Upstairs from the terrace is a very large solarium for sun bathing & al fresco dining. 4 luxury sun loungers, a large matching patio table, with 4 chairs & a drinks table are available there, together with a gas BBQ. There is a pergola for those who may require shade from the sun. Beach towels are supplied for use on the sun loungers. The solarium gives stunning views across the golf course, the mountains & out to the sea of the Mar Menor. A communal pool and gardens are at ground level, just at the exit door from the apartment block. This can be viewed from the solarium. Underground car parking for extra shade & extra security is available. There is a lift from there up to the floor where the apartment is located. Utility Room: An iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner and brushes, mops & buckets are supplied. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels & linen are supplied. The property is cleaned & prepared before your arrival and then again after your departure. A fee is payable directly to our property manager for this. Additional cleans can be requested from our manager. Other: In the living room there is a dining table and 4 chairs
