Villa in Elviria, Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain - 5 Bedroom Property In A Private Gated Community With Stunning Views

Sleeping up to ten people in comfort and style the spacious rooms are delightfully decorated. The bed linen is all Egyptian cotton and the beds are also super quality with fabulous bed heads exclusively designed and made by the owner. The property comprises of four levels. The ground floor has breathtaking views from the cosy terrace with al fresco dining and BBQ plus comfortable seating area. Steps lead down to a grassed private garden area which can be used for sunbathing. The living - dining room has a fireplace and also has superb views across the sea. There is a guest toilet on this level too. The kitchen is well equipped and has all that is required for self catering. The terrace doors, from the kitchen, open onto an alternative al fresco dining area where views of the hills and mountains can be enjoyed. The pool is just a very short walk from this area. There is another small patch of garden also.

About Angela Sharp

My name is Danielle I live in the UK and in France running a ski chalet - Chalet Famille, in Morzine (Owners Direct also). I have three girls and a lovely partner Steve. I also have a much loved Dalmatian who travels with us to the mountains. My beautiful property in Grace Paradise was bought by myself and my father 10 years ago. For me it has been a fabulous summer home to bring my three children whilst they grew up and for my father a winter retreat to play golf at the many golf courses close by.

My children are now grown up and my father is no longer able to play golf. I still however escape here whenever I can.

As I am not using the house as much as I did I am happy to offer it to Owners Direct for some of the year through my friend Angela who lives here permanently.

Why Angela Sharp chose Marbella area

Elviria is one of the nicest and smartest suburbs of Marbella. It contains many lovely restaurants (some on the beach) and caters for all tastes from a simple Italian to fine dining. It felt a very safe place to bring my children and only 35 minutes from Malaga Airport.

Grace Paradise is an exclusive small gated community with amazing views of the sea from its elevated position. On a clear day one can see North Africa and the entrance to the Med and Gibralta. The properties are all privately owned and only occupied for some of the year so the 2 swimming pools are rarely used, it does often feel like your own personal pool.

There are two golf courses a few minutes from the house and many more close by.

What makes this villa unique

My house is very light and airy with tall ceilings and large sliding doors to the terraces, affording plenty of privacy, whilst overlooking the private garden and public gardens to the rear and pool. I was easily able to keep an eye on my children from the terrace whilst they swam.

There is plenty of room for 10 and the bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space.

There is a gas barbecue for alfresco dining, with dining tables both outside and in.

My house is just 5 minutes from one of the best beaches particularly shallow and safe for children with a very good selection of restaurants next to the sand.

All the bed linen and towels are Egyptian cotton and I also provide beach towels for guests.

Gorgeous villa in a beautiful location

We stayed here with friends for a week last year and it was just amazing! The villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, all the rooms are so spacious and airy,with plenty of storage. We had the ground floor set of rooms, which was ideal and the bathroom is so big, it has to be seen to be believed. As there was a separate living room downstairs, if our children woke early, they could play without disturbing other guests. The living areas are fantastic particularly the rear patio which overlooks the sea. It was so wonderful sitting here in the evening and watching the world go by. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for an easy self catering holiday. The pool is a good size and is easily viewed from the villa, we had it to ourselves all week. The real beauty about this villa and its location, is the safety from being in a gated community but also the ideal proximity to the town centre. In particular the beach is only 5 mins drive away and is perfect due to the shallow nature of the beach. Our then 2 year old could splash in the shallows snd our 8 year old could go further out without ever getting into difficulty. We spent a good few days enjoying the beach and the restaurants on the beachside are good too. Also it never got over busy and we could always find somewhere to sit without feeling crowded. We had a fun day going to Selwo animal park further up the cost and for those more adventurous, it is worth trying Amazonia Adventure, a set of high ropes just down the road from the villa. Although we only went for a week,we cam back so relaxed and refreshed because it was such a stress free holiday, as everything worked perfectly in the villa. We loved it so much, we are hoping to return this summer.
