This is a modernized 3 bed villa offering a very high quality standard of living, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, Coffee maker and a chilled drinking water dispenser. All bedrooms enjoy air-conditioning or if you prefer an electric air circulating fan. The pool has sufficient pool loungers, chairs tables and Sun shade Umbrellas for everybody to enjoy. The villa is built on a completely flat plot, so no navigating up and down stairs from the pool deck every time you want a cold beer out of the fridge!

A fantastic villa in a good location

A beautiful villa within easy reach of the lovely town of Moraira with numerous good restaurants, bars and shops.

The villa has everything you could ever want for a luxury stay with a fantastic pool.

The villa was very clean and well equipped with all you need for cooking, sleeping and towels all provided.

The owner Martin was always available to answer any questions and Natalie the housekeeper was only a phone call away.

I would recommend this villa to friends, relatives and anyone who want to holiday here.

Extremely comfortable

We had a lovely time. The villa was clean, well maintained spacious and quiet - everything we needed for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful area.

The owner was very responsive to the one small issue we had with the internet connection.

We particularly appreciated the UK TV at a time of interesting UK politics and sport!

I would definitely recommend this villa to relatives and friends.

Fantastic stay in Moraira

We spent a wonderful week at villa Martin. Everything in the villa was clean, of high quality and well suited for us and our three small kids. We really enjoyed the pool and bbqs on the terrace. The area itself was quiet, well maintained and properties well spaced out. This was our first visit to Moraira and we found it very relaxed with lots of restaurants. Beaches were great. You definitely need a car but parking in Moraira was cheap / easy. The owner, Martin, was very helpful with lots of ideas for things to do before we arrived.

Before making our purchase over 15 years ago, we visited Menorca, Marbella, The Algarve and other areas on the Costa Blanca seeking our ideal location. When we saw Moraira we immediately knew this was the place to put down some roots. Moraira is a beautiful part of the Costa. It has managed to escape the mass over development that has blighted other areas. When seeking out the best location to make a property investment it was such an easy choice when we discovered Moraira The Internet holiday villa-rental company Atraveo has recently presented Moraira with the ‘Best holiday destination 2014’ award. This is the first time it has been won in mainland Spain. It is not a rowdy resort or loud in any way, it is a super destination for the discerning holiday maker who appreciates quality.

Special interest holidays:

The famous Montgo at Javea is a short drive north where there are super trails for walks with stunning views over Javea to the Mediterranean. Alternatively there is the Ifach rock in Calpe, only 8 kilometres south along the beautiful coast road where you can discover walks on the nature reserve set up on the rock peninsula.

Coast/Beach:

There are many beaches & secret coves just a short distance by car from the villa. The large l'Ampolla beach is the main beach in Moraira a short 5 minute drive along the coast road. Las Rocas is another sandy cove closer to the villa with the famous Chamizo restaurant sat on the rock above. There is a terrific pebble beach at Balandra, which is great for snorkelling and has the best Chiriunguita (Beach bar) in the area. The large and popular beaches of Calpe and Javea are only a 15 minute drive

Travel:

The Villa is nestled in the hillside of Moraira and can be served from Alicante Airport 90 Kilometers away or 60 minutes south on the AP-7 serving mainly charter flights of Valencia Airport for scheduled flights is 110 kilometres 70 minutes north on the AP-7. Murcia is a little further south past Alicante. Car hire is essential and all the major and local car hire companies are well represented at all airports

Distances:

The Villa is very well positioned to be a base to discover the region and all it has to offer, Caple with the Ifach Rock and super beaches is only a short 10 minute drive south further south again is Altea and then onward to Benidorm and Alicante beyond. Benidorm has the famous Aqualandia water park and Terra Mitica theme park. North you will find Oliva and Denia offering long sandy beaches and some lovely restaurants. Inland is the Jalon Valley with some beautiful walks and scenery.

Moraira is a beautiful Spanish Village largely unspoilt by developers and extensive development.

Villa Martin is built on a completely flat plot, no steps to navigate up and down like other properties built on the side of a steep hill. The Villa is in totally private aspect not overlooked at all and situated on a secluded peaceful Urbanization called San Jaime, very quiet and hassle free and yet just a short hop to the restaurants, bars and shops just a short drive at the end of the Avenue de San Jaime. Aqualandia and Terra Mitica are only 35 minutes drive south. The beautiful Jalon Valley is only a short drive inland, Javea is 20 minutes drive to the north with Calpe and Benidorm only 10 and 30 minutes respectively south. A perfect base for exploring and having a beautiful villa to come home to each evening. Full gas fired central heating and log burner for out of season renting too!

The villa is on a completely flat plot with No steps in a most tranquil part of the area. Views of the Ifach rock in Calpe 8 kilometres away can easily be seen from the pool terrace. Off road parking for up to 3 cars, the villa is secure with a perimeter wall and large roller gate for additional sense of privacy. There is a Weber BBQ with all utensils making it extremely easy for the occasional self catering with a nice bottle of Rioja. The garden is totally secured with a perimeter wall so no chance of little ones venturing out on to roads or pathways.
