Large communal swimming pool/children paddling pool/paddle ball court. English tv with BBC and ITV. The apartment is well furnished giving you that home from home comfort. There is a large swimming pool and a child paddling pool. The apartment is well situated just minutes walk from the many excellent restaurants, a variety of bars, cafes, pharmacies, banks and many large supermarkets. Albir is an up and thriving coastal town much loved by many holidaymakers around the world that return year on year. Notes on accommodation: This apartment is great for all the family, the downstairs location is perfect giving 2 large terraces , one to the front with gates to the path. The other located by the pool again gated. Outside: 2 Large terraces. Grassed area around the pool ideal for taking the sunbeds around the pool. Patio has table and chairs and also sunbeds. Utility Room: utility room with washing machine, and cleaning materials. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: bath and sunbathing towels, linen included. Cleaned before you arrival. Other: two terraces with chairs and table.

Comfortable and roomy

Fully fitted kitchen. Good size living room and balcony. Beds very clean and comfortable. Only a short walk to the town and beach with many bars and places to eat.i would recommend this for mature couples and familys.if you are party animals you will fair better in benidorm 15 euros in taxi each way

Home from home apartment

My wife and I stayed at this lovely apartment for 9 days we had a great time the facilities were exellant as were the property managers they could not be more helpful and pleasant. The apartment is very nicely decorated and well kept for a rental it felt like home form home so much we wished we did not have to come home.

A great apartment ,at fantastic value.

Probably under priced ! If you consider what you get.

Good facilities,clean,private,and well located for shops,restaurants,and beach front. Air Con is a god send,great wifi at a good price.The letting agents Joanna and Martin where a massive help and organised the airport transfers,which were 1st class,and well priced.Four of us went my wife and our kids at 23/22yrs. Its Not Benidorm but its cleaner and more cultured,we will definitely return as a couple on our own,just 4 miles to Benidorm kept the kids happy alternate evenings.Good taxi service and Number 10 buses very regular.We have recommended this apartment to all our friends and family,and would without doubt use the services of Joanna and Martin to help organise the trip.

great stay

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay it is very centrally located. Beach is about 10 minutes walk away just out the back gate and straight down. There is a lidl just up the top of the road with a bigger supermarket just a bit further on. There is a market every Sunday 5 minutes walk. Albir is a very quiet resort but if you want to go to the more livelier resort of benidorm just get the no 10 bus which is a very good service. The apartment had everything you needed and is on a very quiet complex would recommend it for families. Would definitely hope to return

If you are looking for an apartment in Albir which is easily within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach this apartment ticks all the boxes. The apartment is well appointed and clean with ample supply of beach and bath towels. The balcony off the lounge leads straight to the pool. Arrival was well managed and we had no problem parking right outside the apartment block at any time. All round a great experience.

Long term rental available from 1st November to 30th March £850 per month. During the winter months from November to end of march the sun is on the back of the property from approx 10am to 1pm and then moves to the front from approx 1.30 to 2.30, However there is a pool are that is still nice and sunny during winter and you can take your sunbeds and chairs around the pool. During the summer months the sun is on both terraces. For internet services £10 per week.
