The Plaice beach house is a beautiful cosy hideaway located directly on the beach at Pevensey Bay.

You have your own private garden with direct access to the beach and uninterrupted views of the sea.

The single storey beach house is situated directly on the beach with a short stroll to Pevensey Bay village which has a local store, fish and chip shop, indian/chinese restaurants and a couple of pubs.

You also have a little corner shop if you fancy an ice cream.

Its a great location to explore the south coast with endless places to visit including Rye and Brighton only a 45minute drive away and lots of National trust properties such as Bodiam and Scotney Castle to enjoy.

Outside: The property includes a private garden and terrace with outdoor chairs and tables seating 4 people. There are 4 sun loungers located in the boat house for your use. BBQ's are not permitted on the property. NOTE - there are steps leading up from the car parking area to the property which are not suitable for elderly or the disabled. Also please note that the decking in the wet weather can become a little slippery. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and house towels are included within the price. They will be changed after every occupancy. Please bring your own beach towels. A professional cleaning service will arrive prior and after your visit. This is also included in the price. Other: The dining room has a table to seat 4 people.
