(For more info please go to holiday lettings and search for property 2472090) )You will stay ON the most private, secluded and beautiful beach of Limassol ('sandy' beach, no 'beach' of rocks, very suitable for little children!). Totals 150 square meters, including three large balconies. Apartment has two large bedrooms, large kitchen with all appliances and a large living from which you can see the beach from ALL windows, with two balconies extending the living room. All rooms and balconies have beach and seaview, as well as the kitchen! Private parking lot. You will have more (usable) living space than in most 'villa's offered on the market. You will not experience one dull moment in this beautiful place. Enjoy watching the sea and the beach while zipping your Martini on one of the balconies, or walk just 10 meters (!) for a dip in the crystal clear Mediterranean. Due to the fantastic climate you can do this all year round! Or hop on the bus, bus stop at 40 meters, to sight see down the 6km long beach boulevard and enjoy the wonderful ancient center of Limassol and the new Marina and shopping mall.Shops and bars at your fingertips, as well as three prestigious 4 and 5 star hotels at only 400 meters where you enjoy full spa and sporting facilities for just 20 euro.(Four Seasons, Amathus Beach and Mediterranean). The family friendly DREAM CAFE is to be reached strolling 100 meters from the property along the paved beach path (see pictures), with a beautiful terrace on the beach. If you prefer something more trendy and exclusive, the famous PUESTO OYSTER BAR is only 100 meters further on the beach. Enjoy a cocktail here or fresh oysters, open all day. For kids there is McDonalds and Pizzahut at walking distance. No car needed whatsoever in this lovely place. Although you have everything around the property, you won't have the noise that usually comes with it! There are practically no apartments offered ON the beach in this exclusive Amathus area, just 2 km away from the busy tourist area. Once you enter this apartment in bright daylight and see the incredible views from ALL windows (!), even the kitchen, you will wan to stay forever, guaranteed! If you're the right person for this property, you will visit it many more times in the future...(as the shallow sea-front is at the doorstep, added 'pool' for search purposes only). Internet is available at a surcharge through Primetel. However, within 10-30 meters there are ample cafe's and pubs offering free internet.

prices are exclusive of electricity usage. If a/c (most critical) is used normally the typical cost for 4 persons is about 30pounds per week. End cleaning is 50 pounds. There is caution for damages and electricity usage. Normally it's 300 pounds, to be returned upon inspection. For longer stays (over 4 weeks) the caution will be increased up to 500 pounds (dpendant on duration and number of guests)
