LOFT1- with basic kitchen, shower bathroom, and open living-and sleeping area with a double bed . Loft 1 has also a small roof terrace with the view to the old harbor. It is absolut central and has the charme of old IBIZA.

In the LOFT you also find a washingmashine, Aircon, and all to cok small things..

IBIZA TOWN -OLD HARBOR ....All year available to come...:

The situation of this complex is so 'central' in the heart of the old harbor of IBIZA old town that you have all options for nightlife, shopping, restaurants and clubbing around you.

You can go by a little boat to the other side of the harbor - Botafoc - where you have 'El Divino', PACHA, Keepers, LIOS, and the restaurants of the Yat-harbor. The closest beach there is TALAMANCA -- just 5 min walk from that side of the port.

Walking through town you reach Playa den Bossa, Figuretas --- simple restaurants up to the 5 start beach-restaurants, USHUAIJA Tower, Hardrock Hotel (the first one of the world). Those who don't want to walk - busses are not far and taxis also are just around the corner.

Coast/Beach:

Talamanca Beach ist on the other side of the port - as well as the IBIZA-Yat-Harbor 'Botafoc' with the world famous night clubs Pacha / Pacha Hotel / LIO... You can reach that side with a little boat from the townside you live. Just 5 min walk from the Apartment.

Figuretas and Playa den Bossa are on the other side of the town - with a taxi just 5-10 min. - where you find all categories of restaurants and bars - beachclubs- Music - Space, Ushuaija Tower, Hard RocK Hotel etc.

Travel:

The airport is 10 Min by taxi...And your place is in the centre of the centres...

  • Notes on accommodation: It is a very unique apartment situation in the old part of Ibiza-town. It is situated in the beginning of the calle de la virgen -- more central you can't be. It has the charme of the old buildings in town - but is refurbished in a modern stil -- still not overdone. . . You get the atmosphere of the centre and heart of this island below the big castel. Outside: Bedroom 1 -LOFT1 has a nice little roof terrace with the view to the harbour Utility Room: In bedroom 1 : TV, Satelit, WIFI Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and the basic towels for using in the bathrooms are provided.
