Amazing location
I'm going to keep this simple. If when looking you find this available, book! I've stayed at many rental cottages over the years and this is probably one of the best. Gywnfa was spacious, clean and well equipped. On that subject, i gave 5 stars on accuracy on listing. The listing sells Gwynfa a little short. It was just so well equipped, i found things there on the day of leaving. The location was stunning with a beautiful river to the rear of the cottage. We could sit outside in the morning watching birds, sheep, the steam traing passing in the far distance and the icing on the cake was a family of otters in the river one morning. The location was great for Sondon and the village had some great shops and restaurants. I could go on forever but in short, at the end of our stay we didn't want to leave. I hope this review helps your decision.

About the host

I live on the side of Moel Hebog overlooking the village of Beddgelert along with my dog Joe. I moved here from Manchester 10 years ago and have never looked back. We enjoy everything the area has to offer, from forest and lakeside walks to strolls on the nearby beach.

Why they chose this property

Although I live slightly away from the village I enjoy all the amenities there and when Gwynfa went up for sale I saw the potential to extend it and make it into a home. I decided to let it out until I am ready to move into myself.

What makes this property unique

Gwynfa is close to all the village amenities, has it's own private patio overlooking the river towards Meol Hebog and boasts an off road parking space.
