The apartment is ideally situated 50 meters from the beach with an impressive landscaped gardens, 24 hour security guard, large pool and gym/squash hall and garage space for one car . just a two minute walk to Supermarkets and the new “ El Corte Ingles “ and O2 shopping center with a 10-screen cinema and fitness center. Walking distance to everything “ the evening entertainment and restaurants / bars ” YET in a quiet and elegant side of the city at night !

A fresh and bright apartment with large open-plan living area, This duplex apartment of 160 m2 located in the west of Marbella town center, has a large open floor plan with tasteful furnishings, Central Air-condition, 46 “ widescreen TV. Stereo and DVD, fully equipped open kitchen with (microwave, oven ,dishwasher, washing machine) and a toilet on the ground floor, Also a 30sqm private terrace with Andalusian still allowing pleasant evening dining.Upstairs consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

Bedroom-1 with a double bed(160cm) and suite-bathroom,

Best location, close to everything. Perfect! 5 *

What we liked:

-Location: 2 minutes walk to beach, bus station to Puerto Banus, Xpress to Fuengirola, estacion de autobus, restaurants and to Mercadona (grocery).

-Great welcome from Maria. She gave us restaurant's name to go to, Maria showed us how to go to the beach, the grocery store and also where to put our garbage.

- very nice surroundings.

-Comfortable beds

-Good reception of Internet everywhere in the house, even outside on the patio,

- Kitchen; everything you need even nice wine glass!

-Exactly as in pictures, clean

- Water pressure in shower is very good and enough hot water.

The house can get chilly in the winter months even though there is heating, but with a little sweater, it is perfect. Upstairs in the bedroom, it is warmer, so perfect to sleep.

If you intend to wash your clothes while in the apartment, bring soap for washer.

Maria is a super great host. She is always available for her guests.

Beautiful apartment

More than happy to give 5 stars for this beautiful apartment. It’s ideally situated in a quiet location while only a very short walk to the beach or town centre. Maria was very helpful on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is elegantly furnished to a very high standard. Is very clean and very well equipped.

We really could not fault and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful Andalusian spotless apartment

Had a fantastic stay in Marbella. Maria the host could not have done anything more for us. The apartment has everything you need with a lovely sunny afternoon garden terrace. Spotlessly clean and very homely. The middle double bedroom is not for the faint hearted as it’s in a hollow with a very low ceiling, I banged my head each time I got out of bed. But the rest of the apartment makes up for it. The location is amazing as it is opposite a supermarket and a short walk to the promenade with loads of fantastic restaurants. This apartment is in a huge complex on a ground floor which is not shown but it is in a gated community which is very safe. There is an amazing restaurant near the apartment called Back which is Spanish food with a twist, we had a great experience there. All in all a lovely stay near to the old town of Marbella, Orange square about 20 minutes walk, equipped with everything you could need.

Very Happy!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are three women friends travelling from Canada (usually we go to the Caribbean but we thought we would do something different this year). This property was everything we hoped it would be. Lovely space....it looks exactly as it does in the photos. It is close to EVERYTHING...grocery store, restaurants, and best of all beach!! The nearby beach is a lovely place to walk, bike or just take in the scenery. Maria is wonderful, she welcomes you and gives you a lay of the land. The apartment is very clean and in a very secure compound. There is a great parking space inside for your car. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook....we did end up eating in a few nights. We really enjoyed the patio, it is lovely and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. All I can say is that I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! I really mean that, would love to return. Thanks Maria.
