The apartment is ideally situated 50 meters from the beach with an impressive landscaped gardens, 24 hour security guard, large pool and gym/squash hall and garage space for one car . just a two minute walk to Supermarkets and the new “ El Corte Ingles “ and O2 shopping center with a 10-screen cinema and fitness center. Walking distance to everything “ the evening entertainment and restaurants / bars ” YET in a quiet and elegant side of the city at night !

A fresh and bright apartment with large open-plan living area, This duplex apartment of 160 m2 located in the west of Marbella town center, has a large open floor plan with tasteful furnishings, Central Air-condition, 46 “ widescreen TV. Stereo and DVD, fully equipped open kitchen with (microwave, oven ,dishwasher, washing machine) and a toilet on the ground floor, Also a 30sqm private terrace with Andalusian still allowing pleasant evening dining.Upstairs consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

Bedroom-1 with a double bed(160cm) and suite-bathroom,

Great apartment and location in Marbella

Maria was the ultimate hostess and the property was lovely and centrally located in Marbella. We could walk everywhere. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us - kitchen was well stocked, outside deck was wonderful in the mornings for coffee/breakfast and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. After a day trip to Ronda, we parked the car in the garage and forgot to turn off the lights. Maria was wonderful - came over with jumper cables and got our car started again. Thank you for a wonderful time in the south of Spain.

A lovely apartment and great location but with a few issues

The apartment and the complex were lovely and a great location, just a minute away from the Marbella seafront. We had a couple of problems when we there, when we arrived the pool didn't have any water and the apartment next door was been renovated which was quite disruptive. Maria was really helpful and did everything she could to make our stay easier, she found us alternative apartments so we could use their pool and she spoke to the builders next door to start later. Although we had a few problems, it was unfortunate but we would recommend the apartment and Maria, she couldn't do enough for us.

Large and comfortable with all the home comforts you could wish for.

The property is surprisingly quiet give its proximity to Marbella town and beaches. The pool is great and safe for young children although very cold in April!

There is a decent supermarket over the road which is very handy. The location is a real bonus.

You can walk to the beach or into the old town easily even with young children in tow.

The owner Maria was there to welcome us and show us around which was very nice.

Weather was a bit mixed but there is so much to do and see close by that it really didn`t matter.

All in all we had a great holiday and would love to go back to the property in the future

Very good.The only problem the showers need replacing.

Maria was very pleasant and welcoming.The apartment was ideally situated beach restaurants only 5mins away.Marbella is a lovely resort to visit we will be back again and would highly recommend Maria's apartment.

Great Stay

Thank you again Maria for a wonderful stay. The apartment is fantastic and looks exactly the same as the photos on the website. The grounds and pool are immaculate, the area is also quite at night. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Maria is probably the best owner I have dealt with over the years, as this is our second time dealing with her.
