Fabulous, luxury lodge, close to the sea with very welcoming hosts.

  • 5 of 5

The Lodge is immaculate and beautifully presented. It is super clean, modern with everything you need . The bed comfortable and the bathroom has a great shower with plenty of soft towels. The welcome pack of eggs, bread and spreads is very generous . We were working in the area and loved coming back to the lodge in the evening. Tim and Tracey are very friendly and welcoming. We didn't want to leave and it will be our 1st choice place to stay when we are back in the area. Thank you Tim and Tracey.

perfect seaside break

  • 5 of 5

We have just had a brilliant one night break at Highbank Lodge (definitely not long enough). The lodge is gorgeous with everything you need for a great break away from home and the location is brilliant. We enjoyed sitting watching the world go by At Leon's Bistro on the sea front at Lee on Solent and we also took the ferry from Gosport over to Portsmouth for shopping and relaxing on the quay at Gunwharf. We also went to the Bun Penny for dinner which was a recommendation from Tim and Tracey. It was only a 15 minute walk away and everyone was really friendly and the food was amazing and very good value. Can't recommend this lovely lodge highly enough, we wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you very much Tracey and Tim.

A great place to stay

  • 5 of 5

Tim and Tracey are a friendly couple, offering a great place to stay that fully catered for all our needs. The lodge is in a great location, for both the waterfront and local shops.

We have an 8 month old daughter and felt the lodge was very child friendly. We were able to let her roam around the lodge without having to worry about her safety.

We'll definitely stay there in future.

Thank you guys and see you next time.

Fantastic. Apartment

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely fabulous, those are the only words I can use to describe this property. We stayed here as my son was graduating in the RAF Police and it turned out to be in a perfect location.

The apartment was light and airy and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was a welcome pack of bread, eggs, milk, teas, sugar and jams which was a lovely touch after our very long journey. Tracey had even put a fan in the bedroom as it was extremely hot during our stay and offered the use of her garden for sitting out and relaxing.

The only criticism if you can call it a criticism is that a small freezer would have been useful for making ice for our gin and tonics, but that would definitely not stop us from staying here again.

Plenty of places to explore, with Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight being easy accessible. Lee on the Solent is a lovely little town with lovely walks along the sea front. Will definitely be back

Beautiful Apartment in a peaceful location.

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful apartment in an ideal location. Set in a lovely county lane, peaceful and quiet but not far from Lee on the solent seafront. A perfect base to visit any of the neighbouring towns.

Awaiting from Tracey was a welcome pack of quality produce from corn bread hot cross buns Jam butter milk and eggs, also tea coffee sugar, salt pepper even cleaning products. A very nice touch.

The cleanliness of the apartment was spotless with a large amount of towels to use. Beautiful decorated and very importantly warm!! Ideal for cosy winter holidays.

I would definitely recommend this lovely apartment to anyone you will not be disappointed.

We will definitely be back.

Thank you again Tim and Tracey

Enjoyed by Australians and Canadians!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I were staying with my elderly parents in Lee and Solent and rented Highland Lodge for our son and his wife from Canada, and our daughter from Australia. The three of them loved their accommodation. The apartment is light, modern, beautifully equipped, clean and has nice countryside views out of most of the windows. The welcome pack was most appreciated - bread, eggs, milk, butter and everything needed for their breakfasts for a couple of mornings. The owners Tracey and Tim were really prompt and helpful in responding to my emails. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.
