A fabulous Holiday Home in Majorca.

Recently restored and completely transformed. I personally carried out the work, taking great care of the design and choice of materials, using only water-based paints, eco-friendly products and recycled materials in order to eliminate any health or environmental risks and guarantee the wellbeing of guests. My main goal while decorating the house was to allow my guests experience the real Majorcan lifestyle.

The house sleeps up to five people. It’s ideal for four, but if required, it is possible to sleep one extra person on the sofa-bed in the living room in which case a supplement per day is charged.

The layout is as follows:

- Open plan living/dining room

- Brand new fully-equipped kitchen

- Two double bedrooms, one with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed

- Two fully-equipped bathrooms, one is an ensuite

- Private rear courtyard, ideal for enjoying outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner

- Comfortable chill out terrace and solarium, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing in the city

A/C and Heating system in all areas of the house. Free 24-hour Wi-Fi connection. Bed linen, bath and beach towels without extra cost. Maps, guides and loads of tips about the island of Majorca.

Smooth and easy check-in, welcoming face-to-face meeting for both key collection and return. Ongoing communication and quick response. Help and advice available at all times.

IMPORTANT:

* Apart from the total budget, a cleaning fee plus damage deposit will be charge on cash at arrival day, the deposit will be refunded at departure day.

* In those months from June till September and November till March the wattage bill will be charged right after your sojourn.

* From the 1º of July 2016 the Balearic Islands Authorities begins to collect the Ecotasa ( Tourist Tax ). Children under 16 years are exempt. Each LEGAL tourist establishments are required to collect this Tax, it has to be paid in cash at arrival day.

* This house is let on a seasonal lease basis. No holiday services are provided such as reception, maid service or breakfast. A rental agreement must be signed in accordance with the legislation currently in effect in the Balearic Islands.

Hello, my name is Analía and I am the owner of Ca’n Perlita.

I am captivated by beauty and I have a great eye for detail. My main goal while restoring and decorating the house was to allow my guests experience the real Majorcan lifestyle.

Just like you, I love travelling and discovering the world’s different cultures. Nevertheless, there is not a single day that goes by without me thinking about how lucky I am to live here. Majorca is still a paradise, an almost unreal world.

There is beauty, fun and wealth been all around, with new visitors arriving each day and falling in love with the island. Being a host makes me know the needs of a traveller, in regards to activities and must do’s while on holidays.

For your safety, my own and that of the house in general, strangers may not be invited to the house. There are plenty of trendy bars and cafes nearby to meet friends. Turn the light and air conditioning off when your leave the house. There is not sense of keep it on once you are leaving. Be respectful and careful with all your enjoying inside de house. Pets are not allowed.

Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean!

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a special birthday and spent 5 days in and around Palma. A beautiful city. The house was ideal for us, and although a good walk to the city centre it was a very pleasant one. Cappucino's was a good place to stop for a coffee half way. Taxi's were so easy if we were short of time or feeling lazy! Would certainly like to return, maybe when the weather is warmer! Thank you Analia and hope to see you again sometime.

Wonderful base for exploring Palma

What a fantastic base from which to explore Palma! This was our first visit and our stay in Analia's house helped to make it really memorable. The house is as inviting and lovely as it looks in the photos and the 2 terraces are really fabulous. But what we really appreciated were all the thoughtful finishing touches - fresh water in the fridge, hand soap and shower gel, flowers on the terrace, a really informative guest brochure, a well-appointed kitchen, nice towels etc. Analia herself is very welcoming and provided great recommendations for local tapas bars and restaurants. The house itself is within easy walking distance of the city centre, with a large supermarket nearby, but you might choose to take the local bus if you're making the journey more than once a day. I would highly recommend this property.

A cosy town house which has everything you need.

The property is in very good condition and has been fitted out with taste. Although we dined out in the evenings, the kitchen is well equipped with everything that may be required. The master bedroom bed is excellent and very comfortable and big. Two shower rooms make things a lot easier. As it was early in the year we did not get full use of the terraces but they were ideal. Analia was very helpful, providing recommendations where to eat and was very good in communicating all the necessary information. The house is only 5 mins from the Paseo de Maritimo and a walk into Palma is about 25 mins, which is very pleasant. The charge for electricity seems to be more expensive in Mallorca,as we found out when we vacated the property. We had a good weeks holiday and enjoyed our stay. Many thanks Analia.

Perfect living

Hi Analia

For the second time we have livet in your beautiful house. Also this time we are equally pleased whith everything, clean and tidy. You have a good eye for interior design, nice colors and small details that fit together. Two lovely terraces. There is that little extra in the house that you may need such as beach towels, beach bag, har dryer, umbrella, etc. You thought of everything. Analia, you are a perfect hostess. When we arriived you took us against in the door, always answered when we called ot wrote to you. Analia has many good ideas om what to se and do in Mallorca.

We can not think of a better place to stay in Palma. We Will gladly return again.

Clean comfortable excellent

Everything was as described. Owner met us was available on call if needed. Furniture good beds comfortable excellent bathrooms and kitchen small but with all u needed. China and cutlery in perfect condition. Have nothing negative to say bonus was the two patios. Excellent bakery round the corner and bus stop diect to Palma centre 5 mins walk

lovely place in an ideal location

Beautiful little house with two bathrooms, a balcony terrace and a courtyard. Very modern and more than comfortable. Analia made us very welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Ideally located for exploring the old town and marina and would recommend to family's or couples.

The house is located in the district of El Terreno, bounded by the sea and the Bellver Forest.

At just two hundred meters from Paseo Maritimo is the Sea Promenade. The gentle sea breeze and spectacular views make this area perfect for walking or cycling. It boasts a spectacular setting, with Bellver Castle in the background, as well as the Cathedral, fishing harbor and Palma yacht club. At just hundred meters from the house there is a wonderful tropical park and a good playground for the children.

In a district with all the necessary facilities, a bakery, chemist, supermarkets, a selection of grocery stores as well a wide range of bars. It sits on a quiet street within easy reach of the sea, the historic quarter and the city of Palma shopping mall, Porto Pi.

The house has good public transport links, with the bus system being both fast and efficient, although cycling and walking are also easy alternatives. Visitors will not need a car, unless they wish to tour the island. Free street parking is available as well as an underground car park (charges apply).

5 - minutes walk to Paseo Marítimo (Av. Gabriel Roca), Palma’s main Street full of bars, restaurants and night clubs. If you are planning to enjoy the Palma nightlife, Pachá, Tito’s and Garito Café are at walking distance away.

10 - minutes away from the historic and cultural quarter. Palma boasts a rich cultural offering including the Joan Miró Foundation Museum, the Es Baluard Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, the famous reredos by Miquel Barceló housed in the magnificent Cathedral, ongoing art exhibitions at Casal Solleric, standing in the heart of the historic quarter with a host of art galleries, Bellver Castle, theaters, concert halls and cultural events of all kinds.

15 – 20 minutes from the crystal-clear waters of Cala Mayor, San Agustín and Illetes beach. Only a 20-minute walk away is Santa Catalina, a former fishing quarter that today is packed with restaurants, bars and a bustling food market.

15 - minute taxi ride, Son Sant Joan Airport, is only 12 km away.
